On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room, which is separated from the dining and kitchen area, and a separate WC. From the entire ground floor, you have direct access to the spacious garden with a private pool. On the top floor of the villa are 4 beautiful bedrooms with a garden view. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, a TV and air-conditioning, for maximal comfort. The garden is completely enclosed and has a private pool, a spacious lawn, and an outdoor dining area next to the grill. You can enjoy one of the sun loungers next to the beautiful pool, or spend time with your friends in the outdoor dining area. Draguzeti is a small settlement in the municipality of Barban. The municipality of Barban is about 30km away from coastal towns like Pula, Porec, Rovinj and Labin, and about 20km away from the centre of Istria county, Pazin. Barban is a picturesque little town on the south of the Istrian peninsula, amidst nature and above the Rasa river valley, with numerous historical monuments to explore. Tourism is well developed because of the great geographic position, and a rich offer of gastronomical, recreational and cultural amenities. If you are looking for an active vacation, you can visit the best adrenaline park in Istria - Glavani park, go horseback riding on a ranch or choose between an organised kayak and quad safaris. Rundum in Ordnung. Pool sehr schön, Küche top, es fehlen nur ein paar Utensilien, wie Pfanne. Lage gut , morgens im kleinen Geschäft Semmeln gekauft.
