Villa with private pool and charming garden

Beautiful Villa Ferlini offers everything you could possibly wish for on your holiday. The villa cam accommodate up to 8+2 persons in its 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and one with two single beds).
There is a lovely open space living area with kitchen and dining area with balcony doors from where you can access the beautiful private pool and the fantastic carefully tended garden. In the 10000m2 big plot you have plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy your time outside weather you want to lie down on one of the sun lounges next to the private pool or if you want to read a book on the bench in the garden. There are plenty of opportunities for children to have fun also: the villa has a children´s playground, trampoline, net for badminton and volleyball as well as a basketball corb as well as a smaller round pool with air jets. If you want to take the fun inside there is a pool table, darts, table football as well as a sauna. Make sure to also enjoy your time preparing some local dish for the entire family on the outdoor BBQ. :).

The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and Brijuni national park with an 18-hole golf course are just a short drive away. The Adriatic coast with the crystal clear sea and all kinds of water activities near the beautiful city of Rovinj with its art community are also very close.

Wir sind 7 Erwachsene 35 bis 45 Jahre alt Es funktioniert alles und entspricht den Bildern. Pfingsten 2022. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird. Bilder sind richtig. Klima mussten Wir garnicht nutzen da es sehr kühl im Haus ist. Betten sind bequem. Für Famiien auf alle Fälle geeignet. Wer sein Fahrrad dabei hat kann gute strecken fahren. Strand oder Stadt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Auto erreichbar. Wir konnten uns nicht beschweren da Villa gut beschrieben und sehr sauber wie übersichtlich ist. Aufpreis für Pool verknüpft mit Whirlpool haben Wir nicht genutzt. Lieber abkühlen als im Wasser schwitzen Ha Ha Grundstück ist riesig und aufgeräumt Vn uns 7 Alle daume hoch Sportlichen Gruß
Perfect Villa, very spaceous inside and out especially for larger families with children as loads of outdoor room with activities and toys to entertian them, georgeous pool and jaucuzzi with loads of seating outdoors. Lovely and friendly host/owner that were very accomadating and helpfull with any questions and information on places to go and things to do.
