This unique holiday home was used as an agricultural building in the past and was renovated with much love and attention to detail in 2021.
It can accommodate up to six people and has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a dining area. The three stylishly furnished bedrooms are on the first floor, while the open concept living, dining and kitchen area is on the ground floor. It is clear at first glance that Villa Grazia was furnished with great care and attention to detail. The elegant, modern furniture and the many antique elements made of wood and stone fit perfectly together and give this holiday home a really unique atmosphere. In the outdoor area of the villa, there is a 32 square meter private infinity pool, from which there is a breathtaking view of the hilly Istrian landscape. Here you can let your thoughts run free and recharge your batteries. For the youngest guests, there is a playground outdoors. If you feel like testing your culinary skills and trying some of the many regional delicacies, you can do so in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Villa Grazia is located in the village Kascerga, which belongs to the city Pazin in central Istria. The small village was already settled in prehistory and antiquity. Nowadays, its inhabitants produce mainly delicious wine and fruit. A good selection of cafes and restaurants can be found in Pazin, around 16 km away. The landmark of this small town is the Montecuccoli Castle, which was converted into a museum after the Second World War. Other sights of Pazin are the 13th Abbey of St. Nikolai and the Franciscan monastery built in the 15th century. Pazin is also known for the fact that it was the inspiration for the French writer Jules Verne for his novel Mathias Sandorf. The first beach is around 35 kilometres away from Kascerga and is located in beautiful Porec, where you will also find a wide range of cafes, restaurants and excursion possibilities.

Wir fühlten uns rundherum gut beraten und betreut, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und immer für uns bei Fragen erreichbar.
Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig funktional eingerichtet, wir haben die Ruhe und den tollen Pool mit der wundervollen Aussicht sehr genossen. Unser Auto konnten wir auf dem Grundstück in der Garage parken, das Grundstück war in sich geschlossen. Auch das Land Kroatien und die Menschen sind sehr freundlich, in den größeren Städten war es aufgrund der Urlaubszeit natürlich recht gut besucht. Auch hier spürt man die Teuerungsraten der letzen Zeit. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.
Great villa with an excellent host Svjetlana. Magnificent views from the garden and the pool. Very quiet in a small village with almost no traffic but also no shopping possibilities or cafes. You definitely need a car here. The host takes perfect care of everything and reacts quickly to any kind of inquiry. Perfect house for a perfect vacation in the heart of beautiful Istria.

Selbst nach einer Woche Urlaub, kann man nicht genug von der Aussicht bekommen. Jeden Morgen aufs Neue sieht man den Pool zusammen mit der Aussicht und fragt sich selbst, ob das alles real ist. Das Haus Ansicht ist sehr schön und hochwertig gestaltet. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich hilfsbereit (selbst bei größeren Problemen, wie einem Kühlschrank, wurde dieser in einem Tag getauscht) und steht immer zur Verfügung. Lediglich der Weg zum Haus, als auch die Einfahrt ist etwas sportlich und mit einem SUV o.Ä. deutlich angenehmer als mit etwas tiefem.
Wir freuen uns definitiv auf einen weiteren Besuch.
Wir haben Ostern und eine Woche danach mit unseren 2 Kindern in der Villa Grazia verbracht. Eine wunderschöne Lage und unendliche Ruhe. Die Gastgeberin Svjetlana ist sehr nett und gibt auch Empfehlung, wo man was findet. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet , sehr sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Von der Aussicht konnten wir einfach nicht genug haben.
Fürs Einkaufen und fürs Essen muss man ja fahren, aber alle Restaurants, Konoba und Weingüter in der Gegend sind es definitiv Wert!
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!
