A spacious, tastefully decorated living room with a fireplace, located on the ground floor, is a great place to lie back on the couch and just relax. It is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 8 persons, which opens onto the large terrace. If you dream of having a cup of coffee on the terrace in the morning, then villa Noce is a perfect choice for you. Its lovely covered outdoor sitting area has a wonderful view of the pool. Enjoy a sip of your favourite beverage while you soak up the first rays of sunshine and listen to birds chirping to welcome the day. You might happen to feel the need to chirp along out of sheer joy!
On the ground floor, you can also find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as one bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms on the upper floor are both equipped with a double bed and have access to a balcony, where you can practice stargazing before going to bed. You are simply bound to get a good night’s sleep that you have been longing for so long. Be prepared to forget the everyday stress and just let yourself go.
The outdoor area with a swimming pool will make you never want to leave. Take a dip in the pool and enjoy the sun in one of the sun loungers, or prepare delicious meals for your friends and family on the charcoal grill and dine outside.

This beautiful villa is located in a small village Sv. Ivan in Istria, near Višnjan. Višnjan is a village in Istria, located 13 kilometers east of Poreč. The picturesque city of Višnjan is an astronomical observatory, home of several long-running international summer programs for youth in astronomy, archeology, marine biology and other. Višnjan is also known in olive growing and viticulture and also one of the last resorts in Istria of autochthon Istrian bovine Boškarin.
In Višnjan you can find bars, good restaurants and grocery shops.
In Višnjan’s surrounding area you can dine in one of the traditional Istrian taverns, where you will be able to enjoy the original Istrian specialties. In less than one hour drive you will find tourist hotspots: Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Piran, Portorož, Umag and Novigrad. You only have to choose whether to meditate surrounded by olive groves, enjoy gastronomic specialities or have good time in the surroundings.
During your stay in Istria visit the Euphrasius Basilica Complex (Unesco Heritage) in the old town of Poreč or just enjoy on the first beach. Since in Poreč you have at your disposal different kinds of sports (tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, biking, hiking, water sports) it is an attractive tourist destination.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt ein zweites Mal. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und ein paar Meter zu Fuß kann man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten.
Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Villa. Alles einfach perfekt! Empfang war ausserordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Im Haus ist alles wo es sein sollte und wie es sein sollte. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren 2 Wochen Ende Aug./Anf. Sept. Das Haus ist toll dekoriert und perfekt für die Optik. Die Möbel sind etwas unbequem und im Wohnzimmer ist die Couch zu klein. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Mixer und evt. Mikorwelle fehlen.
Der Pool ist relativ kühl für das warme Klima. Vermieter, Vermittlerin und Reinigungspersonal waren sehr nett. Alle Angaben in der Beschreibung sind richtig.
Hallo, wir verbrachten 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Noce. Erstklassiges Haus, tolle und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns dort super erholt. Immer wieder gerne!
