Villa Roza-Dolinci is located in the heart of Istria, in the quiet village of Dolinci, Sveti Petar u Sumi. It is built in the traditional Istrian style and invites you to complete peace and relaxation.
The ground floor of the villa consists of a cosy living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island where everyone can enjoy the charm of cooking, and a nicely decorated bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms, two of which have twin beds that can be combined, and one room with a double bed. All rooms have their own bathroom, Smart TV and air conditioning. The living room and bedrooms are decorated with abstract paintings by local artists. The house is stylishly designed in the Istrian spirit, made of natural materials, with many wooden parts such as a covered terrace where there is an outdoor dining area and a charcoal grill. In front of the villa, there is a 32m2 pool, which is an ideal place for refreshment during the hot summer days. The ground floor (living room, bedroom and bathroom), the area around the house, the terrace and the sun deck next to the pool are suitable for persons with limited mobility and wheelchair users. The pool and terrace face south so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Next to the pool is a pool house with a sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the pool view. The villa has a trampoline and darts for fun moments for the whole family. If you want to explore the surroundings, the villa's location in central Istria means that you can very quickly reach the diverse and numerous manifestations and events in every part of Istria. Sveti Petar u Sumi was named after a Benedictine monastery from the early 12th century, but for centuries it belonged to the Pauline Fathers - the white monks. It is an unusual Istrian place. Unlike other Istrian towns and cities where the villages are situated on a mountain, Sv. Petar u Sumi is situated on a hilly plateau surrounded by ancient forests. In the surrounding area, there are an 18 km long bicycle path that leads visitors through untouched nature. Also attractive is the 4.2 km long hiking trail Križni put with 14 stations with stone sculptures of sacral motifs. Numerous events take place in Sveti Petar u Sumi, attracting many visitors every year. The most famous is the sausage market, where the championship in traditional sausage stuffing takes place. Not far from the villa there are numerous taverns where you can taste the finest Istrian delicacies. We recommend visiting other tourist destinations, such as the towns of Pula and Rovinj on the coast and the medieval towns of Motovun and Buzet in central Istria.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Roza. The house was spacious and impressive well equipped with everything you might expect in a well-loved and immaculate home. Outdoors, the pool, shower, fridge and seating areas were a real convenience. The hosts thoughtfully provided us with fruit, bread, cheese, milk and a few beers to give a little kick-start to our holiday. These little touches made all the difference. They also provided us with leaflets and maps of the local area which helped us to explore the surrounding areas. A fantastic stay, we could not have asked for better.

Als wir das Haus betreten haben, waren wir sofort zuhause!
Es war einfach ein Traum.
Es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, die Zimmer inkl Bäder waren super und vorallem war das ganze Haus super sauber!
Der Pool war schön und das neue Gartengebäude mit Sitzgelegenheit war einfach ein Highlight.
Es war rundum eine tolle Atmosphäre in der man sich Wohl fühlt!
Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche! Ich hab noch nie so ein voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erlebt - die Küche ist super ausgerüstet, die Betten sind komfortabel, alles super eingerichtet, Lage, Pool und Terrasse auch top. Die Vermieter haben uns mit einem reich gefüllten Obstkorb, Käse, Wein und Keksen empfangen, und ein paar eingekühlten Bier - so etwas erlebt man auch selten. Große Empfehlung!!
Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich habe noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus bewohnt. Auch in der Küche war alles da was es braucht. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, mit Obstkorb, Käse, Salami, Keksen, Brot, im Kühlschrank war sogar Milch und Bier. Alles neu und schön, bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage. Große Begeisterung! Danke!!

We had a wonderful holiday! The Villa is very nice and very well furbished. The pool and the patio are top and we had some great barbecues there. We found the combination of staying in the countryside and visiting daily different beaches and towns ideal even if we had to use the car quite a lot. . Next time we will bring along our bikes!
We definitely recommend it!
