Beautiful villa with pool near Rovinj

Villa Simona Residence is located near Rovinj and it is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. The modern villa with a pool offers four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests.

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room has an en suite bathroom, a TV and is air-conditioned. All of the bedrooms have access to the shared balcony where you can relax overlooking the garden with the pool and the greenery that surrounds the villa. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en suite bathroom, a TV as well as air condition. On the ground floor, there is also a living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen which are connected in an open space concept. The ground floor is air-conditioned and ideal for your holiday. Relax in the garden surrounding the villa. In the first place, there is a private pool with sun loungers. To take a break from swimming and sunbathing, relax on the shaded part of the terrace. Next to the villa there is also a covered dining area with a dining table and a grill, where you can try out your culinary skills. The property is fully fenced and has private parking for 3 cars. For all guests looking to explore Istria and its beauties, Villa Simona Residence is an ideal starting point. The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Istria, near three charming medieval towns - Žminj, Svetvinčenat and Kanfanar. You can spend time exploring the landscape by bike or walking. In many local restaurants you can taste traditional Istrian cuisine. If you want to prepare some of the local dishes yourself, you can buy many groceries directly from the locals. For guests who enjoy seafood, the nearby Lim Channel with a rich offer of fish and famous shellfish, such as mussels and oysters, is a destination you have to visit. If you want to experience the city's bustle, Rovinj, once a fishing village, and today one of the most famous tourist centres, is only 15 minutes drive away. In the area around Rovinj you can find hiking and biking trails, enjoy water sports and sunbathe on beautiful beaches. Other interesting tourist destinations, such as Poreč, Novigrad or Pula, are also not far away.

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten mal in Kroatien. Auch in diesem Jahr wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Ihr Restaurant in Rovinj ist zu empfehlen. Die Villa ist wunderschön, gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Außenküche. Der Salzwasserpool ist jedoch das Highlight. Durch die gute Lage ist man schnell in Rovinj und Porec. Ein Ausflug nach Opatja ist auch kein Problem bei ca. 60 km, entweder über die Autobahn oder die Küstenstrasse. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es u.a. in Pazin. Diese Tour kann man mit einer Fahrt auf der Seilrutsche über die Schlucht von Pazin verbinden. Das Haus mit tollem Garten, Abends beleuchtet, sowie die Umgebung, sind ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um in Istrien Urlaub zu machen. Vielen Dank an Claudette und Angelo sowie dem Team vom myistria.

Wir sind bereits das vierte Mal in Kroatien und hatten immer tolle Unterkünfte. Jedoch toppt das hier alles bisher gesehene. Tolles Haus mit einem Salzwasserpool. Liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Die wunderschöne Villa Simona liegt abgelegen in sehr ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Innen und Außen ist alles sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet! Die Küche ist außerordentlich reichhaltig und schön ausgestattet. Viele schöne Details überraschen, wie z. B. die kleine Feuerstelle im Hof, der gepolsterte Schaukelstuhl und das zusätzliche Gaskochfeld auf Terrasse und sogar ein Eiswürfelbereiter lief schon, als wir ankamen. Im Pool ist Salzwasser mit Sauerstoff, kein Chlor und es fühlt sich sehr angenehm und frisch an. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich nett, sympathisch und umsichtig, sodass es an garnichts fehlt: Ein idealer Ort zum ausspannen, wohlfühlen und auftanken: gerne wieder!!
