Cozy family villa with private pool near Pazin

Great villa which is fully equipped from kitchen to bathroom. 2 out of 3 bedrooms are air conditioned, one airconditioning is in the living room. Pool is nice and warm. Lots of space indoors and outdoors. Lots of shaded areas too. We spent two weeks in the villa with two families during a heatwave and we always found a cool spot somewhere. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of information of local places to eat or to visit. This way we got the most out of our vacation! We are in love with the beautiful Istria and recommend this villa!

We came with three children and we were not bored at all. The house is dynamic and no one was bored. Everything is nice and clean. We did not need air conditioning even though it was over 30 degrees outside during the day. Mornings and nights are very pleasant because the house is located on a hill and it is very pleasant to sleep and drink coffee on the terrace in the morning. The hosts, Sara, Iris and Dario, are very pleasant people and are always there if you need anything. The store is close by and the Vela Vrata Tavern offers very nice local food and drinks. Places should be reserved one day in advance. An absolute recommendation for everyone who wants peace, rest and a nice time together with the family. The impressions are very good and many thanks to the hosts!

We had a very lovely Stay at Villa Vermo together with our 4 kids. The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, spacious and everything you need is there! You only need to bring some clothes and your swimming pants 😉 The hosts are lovely and offer you a very warm welcome! Tourist eye-catchers like Rovinj and Porec are half an hour's drive away, Pula and Groznjan 40 minutes, Motovun 15 minutes. We would definitely book this home again when we revisit Istria.

Best place for a relaxed vacation on a hill of a small and nice villagge of Beram where you can also find one of the best taverns in Istria ( Konoba Vela Vrata)😃😃. Great Villa, spacious and stylish decorated, with a big swimming pool,table tennis and football and basketball court ( in one). Our son loved it. We loved it😘 There are also not enough words for the kindness of the hosts - they are simply kind and warm people, who are always on hand for any advice or help and who have become our friends. We already visited this Villa two times this summer and are returning soon, because we simply love this place....

FR: Cette villa est simplement magnifique et faite pour des vacances au calme. Elle se trouve dans un petit village entouré des forêts verdoyantes. Équipée de toutes commodités à savoir la piscine privative, le terrain de football et basketball, des balançoires, une table pour du tennis de table donc idéale pour les enfants, mais aussi un barbecue. un garage ombragé pour la voiture. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles à tout moment. Vous êtes à 30 minutes de la côte est et ouest donc idéal pour découvrir Istrie. Un grand supermarché se trouve à 2km et un très bon restaurant à 5 min à pieds. Nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances. DE: Die Villa ist einfach wunderschön und für ruhige Ferien gemacht. Sie liegt in einem kleinen Dorf umgeben von grünen Wäldern. Ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Privatbad, Fussballfeld und Basketball, Schaukeln, einem Tisch für Tischtennis und somit ideal für Kinder, aber auch für den Grill. Eine schattige Garage für das Auto. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit verfügbar. Sie sind 30 Minuten von der Ost- und Westküste entfernt, also ideal, um Istrien zu entdecken. Ein grosser Supermarkt liegt 2 km entfernt und ein sehr gutes Restaurant 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

A wonderful, spacious family villa with huge characterful outdoor spaces with lots for the children to do; swim, play table tennis, basketball, enjoy their own playground and pet tortoises to feed!...... and this is just for starters!! The hosts are generous, kind, welcoming and thoughtful. They welcomed us with homemade donuts, freshly picked plums, rijeka and wine! They were always on hand for any recommendations and advice to make the most of our stay. The location on the edge of the pretty village of Beram was perfect, with outstanding views of the valley and mountains, perfect for early morning walks, peace and quiet. We loved our stay here, the pool and outdoor space had lots of use and the area was great for visiting the wealth of many wonderful locations Istria has to offer. Many, many thanks to our great hosts for all their generosity and great service.

Tolle Villa, wo man sich ständig gerne draussen aufhält. Dem älteren Sohn gefiel der Basketballplatz, dem Jüngeren die 3 Schildkröten. Pool und Tischtennis wurden auch rege genutzt. Sowohl WiFi als auch Mobilnetz schnell, so dass auch remote office easy klappte. Zudem reizende Landschaft mit Grotte in der Nähe und super Restaurant ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt.
