Charming Villa Vesna&Branka in the heart of Istria is an ideal place for your holiday.
It is surrounded by nature, set on a large plot with a private pool and various activities for additional fun.
The villa can accommodate up to 14 persons in a comfortable environment. It consists of 6 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, offering complete comfort for its guests.
The villa actually consists of two buildings, all set on a large plot of 4500m2. In the “main house” there are 4 bedrooms and in the “smaller house” two bedrooms.
Stairs lead from the garden to the lovely small terrace from where you enter the main living room and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are set on the upper floor, while 2 are set on the lower ground floor. The lower ground floor has a separate entrance and consists of the 2 bedrooms, and an additional living room with a kitchenette, offering additional comfort and privacy for guests. The “smaller house” consists of 2 floors. The ground floor is actually a game room. There you will find table football, PlayStation console, and telescope. A separate toilette is here. On the upper floor, there are 2 stylishly decorated bedrooms, each of course with its own bathroom. The beautiful courtyard is surrounded by trees and lots of greenery and offers many activities. At your disposal are table tennis, goals for mini football, and a hanging bowling alley. A special feature is a professional real-size beach volleyball court. After you´ve burned your energy with volleyball and other activities, you can relax in one of the hammocks, sun loungers, and of course in the inviting and refreshing pool. The villa will have a tennis and basketball court for season 2024, available from April.
The villa has two outdoor terraces and so much space for leisure. A charcoal barbecue is at disposal for preparing al-fresco meals and the covered terrace next to the pool is the ideal outdoor dining area where all can gather together and enjoy the meal. The villa offers an additional cooking service. All of the food is prepared based on the 0 KM Philosphy (all of the food is produced within 100km of the villa). Villa Vesna&Branka is located in Lukezi, a small village in Istria. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery. The pebble beach Plomin is only 14 km away from the villa. If you want to visit cafes and taste real Istrian specialities, you can do so in the village of Pican, which is only 2 km away. The Ucka Nature Park is a 45-minute drive and the town of Opatija is an hour's drive away. Be sure to visit the waterfall Sopot, which is easily accessible on foot.

Villa Vesna and Branka was everything we could have hoped for and more!
We visited as a big family of 13, spanning 3 generations and there really was something for everyone.
Krešimir and his wife were immediately warm and welcoming, with cold drinks and snacks for all, and a guided tour of the impressive properties and grounds.
We found ourselves immediately at home and the children were straight out to the volleyball court and swimming pool.
The properties themselves have been completed to such a high standard, with obvious care and attention to the small details that truly made it feel luxurious but homely.
We spent our days by the pool and heading out for day trips to the local towns, beaches and photo points. Having rented cars we had full access to lots of attractions and the gorgeous waterfalls nearby.
Krešimir was always nearby and happy to answer questions and offer assistance but we never felt overlooked.
We celebrated a birthday while there, opting for the catered meal option available, and the food was incredible. Krešimir and his wife prepared a true feast, with wine and a birthday cake, sourced via a local baker.
We’ve barely been home a weekend and there is already talk of returning next year. We couldn’t have asked for anymore.

Posto davvero incantevole, speciale, rilassante.. ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore!
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in compagnia di amici, il tempo è volato ed è stato come essere a casa.
Ampi spazi, piscina meravigliosa, tavolo esterno dove mangiare super piacevole e confortevole.. tutto perfetto!
I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto cordiali.
Il luogo intorno è silenzioso e tranquillo e con l'auto si possono raggiungere facilmente supermercati e spiaggie.
Speriamo di ritornarci ancora prima o poi!

This place offers a ton of things to do - a pool on a sunny spot, volleyball court, huge garden where you can play football or anything else. It has a lot of outdoor chill areas - by the pool, in front of the houses and in the garden. Basically, if it is a sunny day, you can be outside the whole day.
There is also a spot to make a bbq and a big outdoors dining room.
Everything was clean and tidy and there was everything you would need for your stay. For anything else we needed the host was there to make our wishes come true. The host is really great - friendly and helpfull.

Wunderschönes und idylisches Anwesen, 2 Häuser mit sehr viel Platz, große Zimmer, vollwertige Küchen, Wohnzimmern etc. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet, SmartTV in allen Räumen, in den Wohnzimmern, auch auf der überdachten Terasse am Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter, auch sehr großzügig, spendieren kleine Mahlzeiten und Getränke. Auf Bestellung bereitete uns der Vermieter Kotlovina zu, einfach köstlich! Wir waren mit 5 Familien und 8 kleinen Kindern da. Die Häuser und das Gelände ist so groß, dass wir trotzdem auch viel Privatsphäre hatten. Der Pool ist sehr schön, auch der Liegebereich um den Pool.
Insgesamt 10/10 Punkten und 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Super liebevoll eingerichtete Häuser, sauber und alles vorhanden. Fenster lassen sich komplett verdunkeln und überall hat es Fliegengitter. Jede Menge Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen und ein großer, schöner Pool. Tolle Hütte/Unterstand im Außenbereich in der man schattig essen und den Pool überblicken kann. Sehr ruhige Lage und die Besitzer haben uns mit Essen für die Kids bei der Ankunft und zwischendurch verpflegt. Durch die getrennte Häuser super um auch etwas separat zu sein. Sehr gerne wieder :)

Perfect Holidays with 3 families of two adults with two little children each and two singles (14 people total). Very nice owner living next door helpfull and english speeking. Both houses well equipped with everything you need seperated into 3 entities with own kitchens. Very good air conditioning in every room and also seperate heating in the bathrooms. Outside fully covered nice seeting area with lots of electricity and BBQ nearby. Pool is very well maintained with nice Couches and a fixed canopy. Many activities available inlcuding beach Volleybal, table Tennis, Football, footpool, Bowling, table Kicker, billiards etc. No way getting bored for adultes or kids. Absolutely quiet surroundings and ideal start for some nice hiking. Nearest beach ist only a twenty minutes drive and nice east coast bays about 45 minutes. Plodine or Lidl supermarket easy to reach within 15 minutes in Pazin and nothing more than 1 hour to Amy Destination in Istria.
