Charming villa with pool in the heart of Istria

This lovely one story house is ideal for a beautiful family vacation, located in a small village in the very heart of Istria. The villa is decorated in soft earthy tones and pastel colours which make you truly feel like home.
In its 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a single bed) a maximum of 5+2 persons can be accommodated. The open concept living area with a sofabed, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with balcony doors is also located on the ground floor, as well as one bathroom and a guest WC. A traditional Istrian BBQ and dining table can be found in the garden where you can enjoy a delicious meal under the stars. Facing West, the sunsets from the garden are something worth admiring and enjoying, no matter if you want to enjoy it by yourself or with your loved ones. So, take your favourite book and lie down on the sun loungers next to the pool and take in some much needed vitamin D. :).

Stunning Villa Zorica is located amidst Central Istria, surrounded by beautiful, peaceful nature. Only a short drive away from the villa you can find the Castle of Pazin as well as the Cave of Pazin, where you can try Croatia´s most famous zip-line. Pazin is well connected to many coastal towns, such as Porec and Rovinj on the west coast or Pula on the southern side of the peninsula. In Central Istria you can visit various small, medieval towns and try local specialties while overlooking the countryside, which irresistibly reminds of Tuscany or Provence. Istria is a land of delicious food - famous Istrian prosciutto, pork fillet and sausages have a specific taste and scent, while fresh seafood and fish come from the idyllic archipelago. Central Istria is ideal for driving, cycling and walking.

Das Haus war super und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles vorhanden und das Haus war sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und auch für ihn gibt es genügend Auslauf. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage und können es mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Fan.Rademacher
