Villa Adria Blue is a dream villa on a green hill in the middle of Bakar Bay in Kvarner. You will immediately notice the minimalist design of the house.
Simple elegance runs from the outside to the bedrooms. A 34 m² pool offers a welcome refreshment on hot summer days. The beautiful terrace invites you to linger. Here you can spend unforgettable barbecues with family and friends, while children play volleyball or badminton in the green area behind the house. Enjoy an excellent breakfast with family and friends at the dining table on the terrace or simply move into the chic interior when it rains. The interior is light and spacious with its large facades. The dining room connects the living room with a fully equipped kitchen. One of the comfortable bedrooms with a bathroom is on the ground floor. The other 5 bedrooms are upstairs. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, a balcony with a view, TV and air conditioning. The whole house has underfloor heating and is therefore pleasantly warm even on colder days. The Villa Adria Blue can accommodate up to 12 people in a total of 6 double rooms and is therefore ideal for larger families or groups of friends.

Villa Adria Blue is located above the town of Bakarac, a quiet former fishing village in the Bay of Bakar in Kvarner. Only a few hundred meters from the villa you can choose between the city beach and a beautiful pebble beach - ideal for families with children. But also the cultural capital 2020 Rijeka or the lively town of Crikvenica with a great range of events are not far away and definitely worth a visit. Go window shopping to Opatija or explore the islands of Krk or Rab. Both islands offer a variety of sporting events in the summer - from marathons to cycling races to regattas. The Ucka Nature Park is only a half-hour drive away. Nature lovers and hikers will get their money's worth there. And the view from the top of the mountain is unique! The location of your villa is ideal if you want to spend your vacation in the midst of all possibilities and still need a retreat to relax.

Das Haus bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer und beeindruckte uns mit Zimmern, die alle ein eigenes Bad hatten. Die Einrichtung war durchweg ansprechend gestaltet. Leider wurden diese positiven Aspekte von einigen negativen Punkten getrübt. Der störende Nachbar und das oft starke Windgebiet machten den Aufenthalt weniger angenehm. Musik hören nach 22 Uhr ist hier fast unmöglich. Zudem war es enttäuschend, bei der Ankunft festzustellen, dass einige Gegenstände im Haus defekt oder kaputt waren. Als wir den Vermieter kontaktierten, wurden wir fälschlicherweise beschuldigt, für diese Schäden verantwortlich zu sein. Das war absolut nicht in Ordnung konnte aber in weiterer Folge geklärt werden. Wir werden diese Villa in Zukunft meiden, wünschen dem ansonsten sehr freundlichen Vermieter aber alles Gute. Es wäre sehr wünschenswert, wenn das mit den Mängeln im Haus in Zukunft im Vorfeld mit den Mietern abgeklärt werden könnte.
Wir haben einen einwöchigen Urlaub mit der Familie hier verbracht. Die Villa ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort, wer also abends Abwechslung und Action sucht, muss am Besten bis Opatija fahren. Aber das war kein Problem.
