Beautiful stone villa with private pool on Krk

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting stone house and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was a special place. The peaceful surroundings, enveloped by lush greenery including fig trees and olive groves, set the stage for an unforgettable getaway. The meticulously designed garden, a true labor of love, perfectly complemented the elegance of the stone house. Every corner seemed to be touched by the hands of a master gardener, showcasing an array of vibrant colors and fragrant blooms. It was evident that the architecture of both the garden and the house itself had been crafted with immense care. Speaking of the stone house, its rustic charm and immaculate cleanliness instantly won us over. The interior exuded warmth and comfort, with beds and mattresses that provided the most splendid night's rest. It was evident that no expense had been spared to ensure guests' comfort. However, what truly elevated this experience was the host's genuine hospitality. Despite our late arrival due to heavy traffic, we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of local wine from the island's region. And to top it off, a mouthwatering apfelstrudel awaited us, a delightful touch that immediately made us feel at home. But the host's kindness didn't stop there. She took the time to sit down with us, sharing stories and genuinely getting to know us. It's rare to encounter such a personal and heartfelt connection with a host, and it truly made our stay feel like we were visiting old friends. And let's not forget the crowning jewel of this retreat - the exquisite swimming pool. Nestled amidst the stunning garden, the pool offered a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Whether it was an invigorating morning swim or a leisurely afternoon dip, the pool provided the perfect way to unwind while being surrounded by the lush greenery. Lounging by the poolside, sipping on a refreshing beverage, we found ourselves lost in the beauty of the surroundings. The pool area was meticulously maintained, further reflecting the attention to detail that defined every aspect of this haven. Very nice and comfortable villa with nice garden and swimming pool. We travelled in 7 people but the villa can easily accommodate 10 people (5 pretty big bedrooms all with its own bathrooms). The house is well equipped and furnished. Everything was very clean when we arrived, we even initially thought it is a completely new house. We also had good contact with the villa owner. Maybe the only small minus is for the location (close neighborhood of the villa is not very nice and there is only a small shop and no any local restaurant in the village) but it is not a big deal if you have a car as there is only 10-15 minutes to bigger towns at the seaside where you can find restaurants and shops. We spend a very nice week of summer holidays.

Die Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Gastgeber unglaublich nett ! Sowohl Außen- als auch Innenbereich waren top gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft hat er sich direkt die Zeit genommen uns noch ausführlich die Umgebung rundum zu zeigen und ein paar geheim Tipps zwecks Strand und Restaurant verrraten. Außerdem war bei unserer Ankunft der Kühlschrank bereits halb gefüllt und somit der erste Hunger gestillt. Wir aben hier eine Woche zu 10. verbracht und es war perfekt. Auch bei ein bis zwei Regentagen lässt es sich sehr gut in der Villa aushalten. (Hier war die Sauna ein absolutes Highlight :)) Man hat genug Platz um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen, aber auch mehrer Möglichkeiten wo alle zusammen sitzen können. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, dann jedoch für zwei Wochen !! Anbei nochmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön an den Gastgeber für diese tollen Urlaub !!

Wunderschönes Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber.. Der Außenbereich mit Pool war top. Ein Kinderstuhl wäre noch eine Empfehlung... ;)
