The private pool is a specially good spot to unwind. The extension of the pool area is the rooftop terrace with sun loungers- the perfect place to be in sunset hours. The villa is divided into two floors. The main entrance leads from the pool area, which is actually the upper floor. On this floor, there is a beautiful common area with lots of daylight and of course, a great view. The room is divided into a fully equipped kitchen, and the living and dining area. Two bedrooms are set on the same level and the remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have access to the lawn with two lounge chairs with a sea view. Three of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, offering maximal comfort for guests. A covered dining area with space for 8 persons is on the terrace next to the living room and a charcoal barbecue is at disposal for those who like to prepare meals al fresco. Such an enjoyable villa will be hard to leave once you arrive! Food delivery from supermarkets, as well as from local food producers available upon request for guests. Important: not a party destination.
The favourable position of the property offers an ideal opportunity for those who prefer a quiet vacation away from the stress and noise. All Vinodol valley is a paradise for fishermen, cyclists, walkers, hikers, climbers, paragliders with many cycling tracks, walks and hiking trails that pass through fascinating Vinodol's areas which allows our guests experience preserved nature and cultural heritage. The seaside towns Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski with beautiful beaches and restaurants or island Krk is only a 10-minutes drive away. The largest Croatian port city Rijeka is located 30 km away and Rijeka Airport is at a distance of 5 km. Car is recommended.

Ein sehr netter Vermieter, welcher sich um alles kümmert.
Rückwärtige Treppen führen direkt zum Strand und verkürzen den Weg dorthin enorm.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
Sehr schönes Haus, entspricht den Beschreibungen, gute Betreuung vor Ort. Durch die Hanglage bedingt viele Treppen. Gerne wieder.
