This amazing villa will astonish you with its modern design and its amazing sea view, overlooking Opatija and the Kvarner bay. The villa is set on a 1400 m2 large plot and consists of 4 bedrooms, all located on the upper floor and having an en-suite bathroom, TV, and air-conditioning, which makes it a perfect holiday home that offers optimal comfort for 8 persons.
The ground floor is a very stylishly decorated open-plan space that consists of the dining and living area and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. Here is also a separate room with a jacuzzi, a shower, and a sauna, as well as a room with a pool table for some more entertainment. The living room is connected directly to the terrace where you can enjoy the dreamlike view from the private pool or from the cozy lounge area. This beautiful villa is located near the small town of Kastav, only about 6 km from Opatija and 10 km from Rijeka. Rijeka is known as Croatia´s largest port, but also for its numerous restaurants, cafés, clubs, bars, and events. Experience the city vibe by taking a walk along Korzo, explore the Old Town and visit the sanctuary in Trsat on a hill above the city of Rijeka. Do not miss the carnival in Rijeka, one of the five largest carnivals in the world! The Airport Rijeka is located on the Island of Krk, just a short drive from the villa. For greater experience take a walk down the beautiful waterfront ‘Lungo mare’ and enjoy romantic sunset walks around the town of Opatija - known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”.

Wir waren mitte Oktober für eine Woche in der Villa Minimal. Dieses Haus kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber und alle Zimmer haben ein separates Bad und einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Der Aussenpool ist gross und beheizt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. U Villi Minimal boravili smo tjedan dana sredinom listopada. Mogu samo preporučiti ovu kuću. Vrlo je čisto i sve sobe imaju zasebnu kupaonicu i balkon s pogledom na more. Vanjski bazen je velik i grijan. Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan i susretljiv.
Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern in dieser tollen Villa. Für uns waren es die perfekten Ferien im Herbst. Der beheizbare Pool ist ein Traum und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist fantastisch. In dieser Villa ist alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Luca, thank you for this great holiday in the villa minimal. Everything was perfect.
