Villa Bay View is located in Knapići, a place near Labin and Rabac. Labin and Rabac are famous for their restaurants where you can taste traditional Istrian delicacies: Pasta with truffles, prosciutto and cheese with olive oil - all this, of course, with a glass of Istrian Malvasia. These towns are also known for their art studios, which exhibit a range of artwork. You can fill your day with excursions to the nearby towns of Pula or Rovinj, and the central location allows lovers of adrenaline activities to easily visit the Galvani adrenaline park. There you can go cycling, hiking on well-known trails or exploring idyllic nature by quad or kayak.

Note:
Dieses Haus bekommt von uns ganze 5 Sterne!! Wir konnten die Villa bereits 3 Stunden früher als angekündigt beziehen. Patrik ist sehr zuvorkommend und spricht perfekt englisch. Bei unserer Ankunft waren bereits Getränke eingekühlt, eine Wurst-Käse-Platte stand vorbereitet im Kühlschrank, Brötchen und auch eine Schale mit Obst hat uns erwartet. Leider hat sich unser Sohn gleich am ersten Abend verletzt und sich eine Platzwunde zugezogen. Da wir nicht genau wussten wo wir an einem Samstag Abend Hilfe bekommen, haben wir Patrik angerufen. 5 min später war er da und ist mit uns ins Krankenhaus Labin (24 h Hilfe) gefahren. Im Anschluss hat er dann sogar noch wasserfeste Pflaster und eine große Packung Eis für unseren Sohn besorgt (weil er so tapfer war). Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Ausblick atemberaubend! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Besondere Freude hatten unsere Kinder mit dem großzügigen (45 m²) Pool! Alles in allem perfekt und nochmal ein großer Dank an Patrik für seine Hilfsbereitschaft!
Schönes neues Haus mit Top-Ausstattung, großem Pool und gepflegtem Garten. Es gibt zwei komplett separate Wohneinheiten jeweils mit eigener Küche und Waschmaschine/Trockner. In der Gartenpergola gibt es eine dritte Küche mit einem Elektrogrill und einer Induktionsplatte. Jeder Raum ist voll klimatisierbar. Es gibt auch ein gutes WLAN und sogar eine PS5. Der Facility Manager (Patrik) ist sehr freundlich, er kann sehr gut Englisch und bei Fragen war er immer sofort verfügbar. Wir konnten im Hof unser E-Auto aufladen (13A Außensteckdose), was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Im Sommer 2023 waren die beiden Häuser daneben noch nicht ganz fertig, aber der Abstand ist groß genug, dass man sich nicht stört. Das Haus ist für Leute, die einen eher aktiven Urlaub verbringen wollen, gut geeignet. Wer nur am Pool liegen und schlafen will, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass die Straße neben dem Haus zu einem Zementwerk an der Küste führt und daher alle paar Minuten Silo-LKWs vorbeifahren, um Zement abzuholen.
