Charming villa with private pool near Labin

Villa Bogondon, as the name suggests, is a God-given jewel set in green, picturesque and peaceful countryside, offering a unique Istrian experience. The villa is a combination of tradition and modern comfort and was created by decorating an old house from the first half of the 20th century.
It is furnished by combining handmade objects, quality materials and modern trends. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined if necessary) and two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen, dining room and living room that form one unit, terraces (uncovered and covered) and a garden for socializing, but also corners for solitude, a tavern with an original Istrian fireplace and a bay surrounded by olive trees and aromatic herbs.

Villa Bogondon is located in Tomovi, 5 km from Labin and 10 km from Rabac and beautiful blue pebble beaches. The villa is close to the ferry port to visit the islands of Cres, Losinj and Krk and close to the Pula airport. It is surrounded by greenery and a large fenced garden of 1500 m2, making it the right place to relax and enjoy nature and the benefits of Mediterranean vegetation, to rest from the city bustle.

The house is very nice and everything you need is there. the very nice hosts have furnished the house very lovingly and we felt very comfortable there. The house is in a very quiet area and is therefore very suitable for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you for the great hospitality
