Beautiful modern villa with pool in Labin

The modern villa Fiolla with private pool is located in the small Istrian town of Labin and is an ideal choice for vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villa sits on a plot of 600 square meters and can accommodate a total of 8 guests.
When you enter the villa, you will immediately feel comfortable thanks to the light tones in which the villa is furnished. The ground floor of the villa consists of an open space with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, toilet, bedroom and a bathroom. From the dining room you can go through the sliding door onto the terrace and enjoy the views of the villa's surroundings. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are doubles, have TV and air conditioning and one has a sofa bed. The covered terrace with dining table is ideal for al fresco dining, which is especially nice in the summer months. From here you have a view of the pool, around which there are sun loungers. We are sure that you will enjoy spending time here, enjoying the sun and swimming. There is also a grill available for the guests of the villa, on which you can quickly prepare a delicious meal :).

Offering a good base from which to explore this unspoilt region, this beautiful villa is immersed in the glorious rolling Istrian countryside yet only a stone's throw away from the emerald-blue waters and secluded natural beaches of the Adriatic. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula, about 40 km from Pula and 60 km from Rijeka. It is a place rich with ateliers and the ideal place to enjoy art on every step through the town. Rabac, a former fisher village, is the place where you can find good beaches and restaurants. In the area of Labin-Rabac you can play tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, go diving and enjoy various water sports. Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large adrenaline park, a diving centre at the beautiful, small bay of Krnica, as well as the proximity of various hiking and biking trails. To add the final ingredient to this variety of activities, the ferries for a tour to the stunningly beautiful surrounding islands, such as the island of Cres, are only a short drive away.

Als erstes möchten wir Myistria loben für ihre hervorragende Arbeit. Die Villa Fiolla in Labin ist ein Traum. Hervorragende Ausstattung mit einem sehr schönen Pool und dem dazu gehörigen Mobilliar. Tolle Landschaft, schöne alte Städte wie Labin, Rabac und Pula. Wir kommen wieder.
