In addition to a high-quality WEBER gas grill on the terrace in front of the house, there is an open charcoal grill with a shady second outdoor seating area on the property. The living area of the Istrian stone villa with rustic charm is spread over two floors and can accommodate a total of six people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is the living and dining area with a kitchen and a separate toilet. On the floor, there are three cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa Kozljak is an ideal place to escape from your everyday life and spend an unforgettable vacation.

Villa Kozljak is located in the small village of Kozljak, close to the beautiful nature park Učka. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous recreational opportunities. The impressive landscape of the Ucka can be explored especially well while hiking or mountain biking. The old town of Labin, which is worth seeing, can be reached in a short drive, as well as the coastal town of Rabac, which is lively in summer and offers a variety of restaurants, cafes and stores. Within a 10 to 20-minute drive from the villa, you can reach the nearest beaches. The crystal clear Adriatic Sea, the clean pebbles and the rocky beaches provide a unique swimming experience. We recommend a trip to the fashionable Opatija in the north of Kvarner Bay - the pearl of the Adriatic and the cradle of Croatian tourism. Magnificent villas and impressive parks await you, as well as the popular 12 km long Lungomare coastal promenade. Villa Kozljak is an ideal starting point for exploring the nature and culture of Istria all year round.

Die Villa Kozljak ist ein sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Unsere Erwartungen an einen erholsamen Urlaub wurden in allen Bereichen erfüllt. Besonders gut hat uns der Außenbereich mit den vielen Kräutern gefallen, ein sehr gelungener Mix aus einer schönen Unterkunft die alles bietet aber ein natürliches Flair ausstrahlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, der Hauswart kann Tips zu allen möglichen Themen geben. Die Adresse der Villa sollte noch durch die Hausnummer ergänzt werden, da es in der gleichen Ortschaft ein zweites Haus mit gleichen Namen gibt. Wir können und werden diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
Die Villa Kozljak ist wunderschön. Die Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk sind sehr gemütlich und schick eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr modern und bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um gut Essen zuzubereiten. Vor allem der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool und tollem Pflanzenbestand hat uns beeindruckt. Dadurch entsteht ein absoluter Wohlfühlbereich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen :-)
