Charming family Villa in Istria

The beautiful Villa Lavanda Savicenta is located in the small hamlet of Rojnici, in the municipality of Barban. The family villa can accommodate a total of up to 10 people.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms. In total, the villa has 4 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. In front of the villa is a 40m2 private pool where you can take a refreshing swim or relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers. Next to the pool area is a covered dining area with a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The villa is the perfect choice for a large family with children or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Istria.

The charming villa is located in a small village Rojnići, in the municipality of Barban. All the necessary facilities such as shops, cafes and restaurants are located near the villa. If you want to spend your vacation by the turquoise Adriatic Sea, the first beach is 18 kilometres away in Trget. The location of the villa is an ideal starting point for many day trips. We recommend that you visit coastal cities such as Pula and its magnificent amphitheatre, Rovinj and many colourful houses, and Poreč with its Euphrasian Basilica, which belongs to the UNESCO cultural heritage. For all nature lovers, an indispensable destination to visit is the only national park in Istria, and that is Brijuni. This magical place will delight you with beautiful beaches, untouched nature and numerous wildlife. Central Istria is ideal for all lovers of active sports and gastronomy. Visit the valley of the river Mirna and numerous towns on the hills, such as Motovun, Grožnjan and Buzet.
