Marvelous villa near Labin with private pool

Beautiful Villa Leccino is located in the small village of Marici near the town of Labin. The villa has 4 bedrooms, all of which are decorated in their own style, from charmingly romantic to urban or elegant, and can accommodate up to 8 guests in total.
The ground floor consists of a large living area with a TV, a separate toilette and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs are the bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms share one bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is kept in a very warm style which gives you a feeling of home. If you want to spend your holiday soaking up the sun, you will find a large and very inviting pool in front of the villa. The outdoor area also features a summer kitchen with a charcoal grill, where you can prepare tasty meals for your family and friends. For the youngest ones, there is a large children's playground with a sandpit, a swing and a treehouse. So, book this lovely holiday villa and enjoy special moments with your family and friends. .

The beautiful Villa Leccino is located in a small village Marici, nearby Labin. All necessary facilities such as shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the villa. If you want to spend your holiday by the sea, you will find beautiful pebble beaches only 13 km away from the villa. We recommend that you explore the coast and find a hidden beach just for you. Visit Central Istria, which will enchant you with its unspoiled nature, small medieval hilltop towns and excellent gastronomy. Try many traditional and local dishes such as fuzi with truffles, wild asparagus, Istrian beef - boskarin and enjoy a glass of the best Istrian Malvasia. Don't forget to visit the coastal towns such as Pula, famous for its exceptionally well-preserved Roman amphitheatre, Rovinj, with its narrow and colourful streets and top restaurants, and Porec, one of the most beautiful coastal towns, known for the Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
