Luxurious Villa Sanda is located on the outskirts of a quiet little village in the middle of fragrant Mediterranean forests of the enchanting Istrian countryside. It is a highly comfortable accommodation with plenty of space and an exceptional offer that both children and adults alike will enjoy.
The villa consists of two separate areas. The four spacious, elegantly furnished bedrooms are located in the main house. One of them is on the ground floor and the other three bedrooms are on the first floor, each with a flat screen TV and a beautifully decorated bathroom. The ground floor of the main house is a stylish and light-filled space which is divided into a relaxing lounge, a dining and a cooking area. The natural, soft colors and textures of the high-quality furniture and the cozy fireplace create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, while the large flat-screen TV and Playstation provide additional entertainment. Wide sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor terrace, where an inviting solar-heated pool and relaxing sun loungers can be found. There is also a shaded loggia with an outdoor dining area and a brick barbecue for long lunches or romantic dinners under the stars. The chic and elegant garden house completes the outdoor area. Look forward to a relaxing spa area with a well-equipped gym, whirlpool, and sauna, as well as a gaming room with darts, billiards, and a soccer table. In addition, there is a children's playground, table tennis, basketball and volleyball, as well as 4 bicycles with which you can explore the surrounding area. There is something for everyone, regardless of the season. A beautifully maintained garden with spacious lawns and shady trees surrounds the house. Enjoy the scent of Mediterranean herbs and the beauty of the flowerbeds, which are as elegant as the villa. The villa offers an idyllic setting where you can experience undisturbed nature at its best. It offers true tranquility with modern comforts and is just a stone's throw from the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

This beautiful villa is situated in the little village of Snasici, just 5 km from the town of Labin. Nestled on a hilltop just above the magical coastline, Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well preserved historical palaces, numerous art galleries and studios and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by heavenly pebbly beaches.

Wir (8 Personen) waren Ostern 2019 für 1 Woche in der Villa Sanda. Diese Villa ist absolut spitze. Hier wurde an nichts gespart. Gehobene Ausstattung, alles neu und super sauber. Man merkt durchgängig, dass man Wert auf Details legt und keine Wünsche offenlässt. Hier passt das gesamte Konzept. Schönes großes Grundstück, ruhige Gegend, kurze Wege (Supermarkt Lidl ca. 6km und ca. 12km zum Meer / Strandpromenade). Sehr nette und sympathische Vermieterin. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, welche wir bisher besucht haben. Persönlich können wir die Villa in jedem Fall empfehlen.
Ein Haus was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es war ein absolut traumhafter Urlaub. Die Betreuung vor Ort spitze !!!!
