You can prepare fresh local specialities on the charcoal grill in the covered dining area and then taste them with the whole family and friends at the dining table for up to 10 people - the ideal place for many nice summer evenings together.
But please come in! The interior of the two-storey villa is very tastefully and modernly furnished. Natural colours as well as wood and stone elements create a great connection to the environment and give you a homely feeling. The open living room with kitchen and dining area form the focus of the villa, but two comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with showers are also located on the ground floor, as well as the fitness room. On the upper floor, there are 3 more bedrooms with the most comfortable double beds you can imagine and a shared bathroom. Imagine drinking your first-morning coffee on the balcony with one of the breathtaking sunrises ...
If you anyway feel the desire to leave Villa Santa Cruz and explore the area, it is not far from the surrounding towns and the nearest beach. If you want some action, you have the option of renting KTM motorcycles, quads and e-bikes through the landlord for an additional charge. In addition, a private cook, breakfast and dinner, as well as a private masseur, are available on request - please contact us for further information. Villa Santa Cruz is located in a small village named Orsanići. Like most Istrian villages it is located only a short drive away from the Istrian east coast and guarantees a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The coastal towns Labin and Rabac offer an excellent choice of cafes and great restaurants, where you can enjoy traditional Mediterranean cuisine such as the Kvarner scampi, one of the most beloved products of the Adriatic sea. Once a small fishing village, today Rabac is a well-known tourist resort with magnificently preserved natural beauties, which ensured the city the title “Pearl of the Kvarner bay”. Labin is a medieval town located only 40 km from Pula, on a hill right above Rabac. The town is a cultural centre of eastern Istria, known for its many art galleries and a unique Sculpture park. If you decide to visit Labin, we advise you to take a walk through the narrow stone streets and enjoy a cup of coffee with a glorious view that extends over Rabac and the island Cres. Have fun exploring the region by bike or quad, go for long walks through untouched nature or experience truffle hunting. There are so many things to see and to do here – you better start now. We are sure, you will soon come back to magical Istria again!

Von vorne bis hinten ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder. Perfekt gelegen für viel Ruhe und Luxus. Auch zum Strand ist ein Ausflug machbar, Fahrtzeit circa 15-20 Minuten. Der Kontakt mit Dalibor war super unkompliziert und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen!
Wir, eine Gruppe von 10 Personen, haben in den Pfingstferien eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Santa Cruz verbracht. Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen und hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen.
Haus und Garten sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und angelegt und bieten viel Komfort und Annehmlichkeiten.
Der Ausblick von Terrasse und Balkon ist atemberaubend, der Pool herrlich groß und erfrischend
und die überdachte Außenküche mit Grill garantiert so gesellige und schöne Tage und Sommerabende, dass man das Anwesen gar nicht verlassen möchte,
Dalibor ist ein freundlicher, unkomplizierter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und wir haben uns in seinem Haus rundum wohlgefühlt.
Wir können die Villa Santa Cruz allen ruhesuchenden Naturliebhabern uneingeschränkt empfehlen und hoffen, noch weitere Urlaube hier verbringen zu können,

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und vorallem sehr sauber! Uns hat es wirklich an überhaupt nichts gefehlt.
Die Küchen waren sehr gut ausgestattet - besonderen Gefallen haben wir am Kontaktgrill und der Eiswürfel-Maschine gefunden :-)
Auch der Kontakt mit Dali war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei der Anreise waren sogar schon Getränke kühl gestellt und gegen Mitte der Woche haben wir frische Wassermelonen bekommen.
Die Highlights waren auf jeden Fall der Pool, der tolle Balkon und die Aussicht.
Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
