The villa has two terraces, both of which offer phenomenal panoramic views of the sea. There is a private pool on the lower terrace, around which sun loungers are arranged, for maximum enjoyment in or next to the pool. The covered part of the terrace near the pool is equipped with a high table and chairs and a grill, for those moments when you need shelter from the sun. Palm trees, olive trees and other plants surrounding the terraces serve to create an even more complete Mediterranean atmosphere. If you climb the stairs to the upper terrace, another surprise awaits you - an outdoor jacuzzi! At the end of the day, you can therefore enjoy watching the sunset from the jacuzzi with a glass of your favourite drink. Thus, on one part there is a dining table for enjoying shared meals, and on the other side you will find a lounge area with a direct view of the sea, as a perfect place for a morning coffee. Glass doors on these areas of the upper terrace, give direct access to the living room on the ground floor of the villa. With many light sources, the open floor plan of the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen seems even more spacious and airy. The neutral arrangement of the exterior and interior of the villa complement each other perfectly, creating continuity throughout the space. On the upper floor of the villa you will find two, also modern and neutrally decorated bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms even has its own balcony with lounge furniture and a direct view of the sea. Welcome calm mornings with coffee on your own terrace with the first rays of sunshine and an unbeatable view. Additional rental services are available upon request for a surcharge, namely for boats, kayaks, SUP and bicycles. Daily cleaning, organisation of massages, as well as filming and hosting of wedding receptions are also possible in the villa upon request for an extra charge.
