Villa House Mia is the perfect choice for vacations with family or friends. The villa can accommodate a total of 10 guests in four bedrooms.
The villa is located in the small Istrian town of Ližnjan, surrounded by many natural and cultural beauties.
The villa has a private pool and consists of two separate apartments. The villa is entered through a common entrance. One apartment is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. An excellent choice for larger groups or two families who want to spend their vacation together but still want privacy.
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. An outdoor dining table for 6 people is at the guests' disposal. The terrace offers a view of the pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days and then relax on the sun loungers.
On the first floor of the villa, there is also a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. All bedrooms in the villa are air-conditioned.
The living room leads to the balcony with a dining table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the surroundings.

The small fishing and farming town of Ližnjan is located in the south-east of the Istrian peninsula. The small town is situated on a hill with an enchanting view of Kvarner Bay and the islands.
Characterized by a clear sea and an indented coastline, this area is the right destination to explore the underwater world and its beauty.
Hunting enthusiasts will also find their way into the dense oak forests! Hares, pheasants, roe deer, wild boar and other game live in these areas, which experienced hunters will surely appreciate :)
Also, visit Monte Madonna or Svetica Hill. The hill is near Pula. There you can see the fortress built by the Austro-Hungarian Empire and used to monitor the coast due to its strategic location.
Only 6 kilometres from Ližnjan is the lighthouse on Cape Marlera. The lighthouse is located near several islets and rocks to protect it from strong winds and sea currents.
Of course, we must not forget to mention Pula here. By car, you are quickly in the worth seeing city. The most famous feature is the Pula Amphitheater, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is the sixth largest in the world and was built for gladiatorial games. Today it is used for festivals, concerts, exhibitions and more.
In addition to the amphitheatre, there are many other attractions in the city that you will explore on your own, and after that, you should rest in one of the cafes or restaurants that have a great gastronomic offer.
