The charming Villa Nikol Premantura is located in the village of the same name near Pula. This beautiful villa is ideal for a relaxing family vacation near the sea.
In front of the villa, you will find a private pool, where you will spend most of your vacation. In the outside area, there is also a covered terrace with a barbecue at your disposal, where you can enjoy a romantic summer atmosphere with family and friends in the evenings. The interior of the villa extends over two floors. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a beautiful living room with a view of the terrace with pool as well as a charming, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The ground floor of the villa is suitable for wheelchair users. On the same floor, there is a cosy bedroom with its own bathroom, which is also wheelchair accessible. Upstairs you will find 3 more beautifully furnished bedrooms with private bathrooms. Two rooms have balconies where you can relax while enjoying your morning coffee. The beautiful Villa Nikol Premantura is located in the town of the same name - Premantura in southern Istria, only 12 km from the historic town of Pula. We recommend visiting the towns of Medulin, Liznjan or Banjole, which exude an Istrian atmosphere. Wir sind bereits das zweite mal in der Villa Nikol, die Lage ist fantastisch, das Haus einfach wundervoll. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit tollem Pool, großer Küche, Outdoor Essplatz mit Grill, Tischtennisplatte, sehr gemütlicher großer Wohnbereich. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, alle mit eigenem Bad. Der Ort ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, viele unterschiedliche Restaurants und im Sommer abends ein kleiner Markt. Das Meer ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu erreichen oder man mietet sich ein Boot und erkundet die vielen Buchten und Inseln. Vielen Dank an Marko, der stets erreichbar ist und sofort hilft! Wir genießen unseren Urlaub hier sehr!
Villa Nikol in Premantura is a great house for a family holliday or holliday with friends. It is extremely comfortable with lots of space. The villa has a lovely garden and a great swimmingpool. Nice views of the sea in the distance and the centre of Premantura.. Nice host too, Marko Todorovic. We highly recommend it.
