Lovely Villa San is the perfect choice for those that wish to enjoy a relaxing family vacation near the beautiful Adriatic. In its cosy interior, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the inside, you will fall in love with a bright and modern living room with access to the terrace. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need on your vacation. On the upper floor, there is one additional living room and 3 cosy bedrooms, all equipped with double beds. However, the villa´s pride and joy is the roof terrace with a lovely lounge area, from where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic views. Villa San also offers an outdoor pool where you can soak up the sun during warm summer days. The loft has been converted to a fitness room where there are multifunctional workout machines at your disposal.

A picturesque old fishing village with a 28 km long coastline, Liznjan is truly a dreamlike location, ideal for those that would like to spend a relaxing vacation amidst beautiful nature. This small town has a rich history - here you will find more than 26 archaeological sites, as well as many remains of Roman villas, amphora pieces, old lighthouses and ancient wrecks that can still be found at the bottom of the sea. At the same time, all sorts of entertainment for sports and adventure enthusiasts are within easy reach. In Liznjan area there is an extremely wide variety of summer and water activities, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horseback riding and hunting. For an even greater choice of leisure activities, the stunning Medulin Riviera and the architectural sights of Pula is a short drive away. If you feel like exploring, the beautiful countryside of Central Istria, famous for its enchanting medieval hilltop towns as well as gastronomic pleasures, is quickly reached along excellent roads.

Super schönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Alles vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft hat sie uns herzlich empfangen und im Kühlschrank waren sogar schon ein paar kühle Getränke für uns bereit gestellt. Wir hatten einen mega schönen Urlaub. Man kann es kaum in Worte fassen. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles war super! Ein perfekter Urlaub! Sauber und schöne Räume. Wifi und Klimaanlage. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa San.. Danke!

We have just spent a week at Villa SAN with our 2 young adult daughters. The pictures do not do the villa justice, it is beautiful. The decor is cool and contemporary and the fixtures and fittings are all good quality. The whole villa feels very luxurious with lovely homely touches. The villa was easy to find with the welcome email coordinates. The owners are very helpful and friendly. It is situated in a lovely traditional village. There is a restaurant just around the corner serving lovely fresh local fish and good local food and a Italian restaurant 5 mins walk away. There is a Lidl and Plodine supermarket just 4km from the villa. The villa is perfectly situated to explore Istria, It is walkable to the local beach but is a bit of an uphill walk back. We were concerned the villas pool may be overlooked, it is not and is completely private. The roof terrace was a great place for viewing stunning Croatian sunsets. Don’t hesitate to book this villa - you won’t be disappointed, it’s beautiful.

We had a great time ! Perfect weather, perfect house, perfect hosts. It was our first time in Croatia and we were not disappointed. The house offers enough space. We've been a group of 6 people and never felt restricted. The interior is very modern and sophisticated and features everything you need. A fully furnished and equipped kitchen, TVs, a washing mashine, Air Conditioning etc... Furthermore a generous outdoor area with pool, a barbecue and sunloungers. The house is located in a small village, which makes it perfect to relax and not be disturbed by any traffic noises or something else. Even though, you have some very nice restaurants nearby. Hotspots like Rovinj or the sea are easily accessible within less than 30 minutes by car. Our hosts, Andrea and her husband, were just great. They helped us with everything, were available all the time and provided us regularly with fresh sheets and towels. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend this to everybody, who is searching for a modern, fully equipped house in a calm and relaxing area of Croatia.

We've just returned from a week in Villa San. This is a lovely new villa set in the quiet back streets of the village of Liznjan. The villa has been very nicely furnished and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. All the bedrooms have large double beds and en-suites and there is air conditioning in every room. There is also a second sitting room if needed. The garden and pool are not large but are not overlooked at all. There is an amazing roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the nearby islands, as well as some very comfortable furniture & a canopy for shade. Perhaps not the best villa for small children as the pool does not have a shallow area.. Andrea the host was very nice & helpful, she also provided a welcome pack & some local produce. There are restaurants and food stores in the village and Medulin is very close for more restaurants, bars, supermarkets, boat hire etc.
