Stunning cozy villa with pool near Buzet

Surrounded by nature? Away from the crowds? Luxurious? Cosy? Casa Jovanin checks all the boxes! This brand new villa, located in a peaceful village in central Istria, can comfortably accommodate 12 persons in a way that everyone can still enjoy their privacy while spending their vacation together at the villa. The villa basically has 3 levels.
The lowest level is the pool level. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or soak up the sun on the cosy sun loungers. Slightly above the pool is the well-equipped, covered summer kitchen, with a fridge and a dining area to make sure you can enjoy your meals al fresco. The summer kitchen also has a large charcoal barbecue so practice your grilling skills!
The middle level of the villa consists has an open plan and consists of a living room with SAT-TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. On this floor, there is also a bathroom, as well as 2 bedrooms which also have ensuite bathrooms. The second floor is reserved only for the bedrooms, 3 of them to be exact. All of the bedrooms in the villa have double beds that can be pulled apart if needed, however, 2 bedrooms on the top floor also have a sofa bed each as an additional sleeping possibility.

Casa Jovanin is located in Bazjaki near Livade, a small village known for its Truffle Days in autumn. In Livade you will find the nearest grocery store and the nearest restaurant. From the villa, you can enjoy the view of stunning Istrian hilltop towns such as Motovun, where the famous Motovun Film Festival takes place every year. In 18km you’ll find the city of Buzet with an interesting offer for hiking tours, which leads us to Hum - the smallest town in the world. Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' since the forests along the Mirna River are especially rich in this divine tuber. It was inhabited in prehistoric times. During your stay in central Istria, make sure to visit local "konobas" or taverns and enjoy the local gastronomy too!

Vila je savršena za odmor, u mirnom kraju okružena šumom a čuje se samo cvrkut ptica!!! Interijer kuće je dotjeran do zadnjeg detalja, udobni kreveti, spavali smo ko bebe!!! Sve pohvale vlasniku!!! Planiramo se vratiti 🤗!!!!
We spent a week there in the summer of 2021. The villa as well as the hosts were amazing, I can only recommend it. Especially if you are traveling with a larger group, you will have a hard time finding something that compares. We hope to be there again in the future.
