The charming Villa Elorea offers a relaxing vacation for up to 6 adults and two small children. It is located in a village called Nova Vas, in the hinterland of Novigrad.
This beautiful villa is perfect for a family vacation. It is completely fenced and offers a lot of activities for children.
The villa has a children's playground, its own bicycles, which are freely available, and a great playroom with a separate entrance. While the little guests are playing, the remaining guests can refresh themselves in the pool or enjoy the Istrian sun on one of the deckchairs. Barbecue fans will be delighted by the beautiful outdoor kitchen. There you can let your eyes wander over the endless green of the fields while preparing a nice dish. The dining area can accommodate a whole family.
The interior of the villa convinces with simple elegance. All rooms are on one level - very practical, especially if there are children among the guests. The open kitchen with the living room, which is connected to the terrace and the garden of the house, invites you to linger. The kitchen is well equipped and offers a lot of space for a cooking party. Guests can find rest in 3 bedrooms, of which one has its own bathroom. Another bathroom and a guest toilet are available. Villa Elorea is air-conditioned, has WiFi and two private parking spots. It is just a short drive away from the beautiful beaches of Novigrad and provides everything for a relaxing holiday in western Istria, far from touristic crowds.

Unser Urlaub war dort wirklich der Hammer....
Wir kommen wieder, alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber!!!

Die Villa ist genauso schön und gemütlich wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Im Dorf bekommt man alles was man so braucht. Auch beim einzigen Konoba kann man wirklich lecker und preiswert speisen. Im Ort findet man auch super Wein und Olivenöl, sehr empfehlenswert. Der nächste Strand ist auch schnell erreichbar, ca 10 Min. Die Gastgeber haben in Novigrad einen tollen Obst und Gemüsestand, wirklich super lecker:) Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche, kommen sicher wieder!!!
