Fantastic villa with breathtaking sea view

Fantastic Villa Istra Panorama is located in a small village near Moscenicka Draga, only 2. 5 km from the first beach.
The villa was decorated with a lot of attention and love to detail. The interior consists of 3 open concept living areas, 3 dining areas, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Throughout the villa you will find a lot of balcony doors and windows offering an amazing sea view. The villa can accommodate up to 10+6 persons and is ideal for a family vacation or a vacation with friends. An entertainment area with kicker, darts and TV can also be found at the villa as well as a table for table tennis and a children´s playground. Lounge areas all over the outdoor area offer plenty of opportunities to relax and to find some alone time in the huge villa. The 11 m long infinity pool with sun loungers also offers an amazing sea view from which you can enjoy your time in this beautiful villa.

Villa Istria Panorama is located in Brsec - a small medieval town whose narrow streets and alleys have been preserved to this day. Most of the houses were built in the 17th century and until today Glagolitic inscriptions can be found on their facades. An unforgettable view stretches from the rocks where the Church of St. Magdalene was built. Brsec is located about 25 km south of Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia, whose history goes back to the 19th century, when the Habsburg dynasty made the city a popular destination for noblemen. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes in the city as well as Lungomare - a 12 km long promenade that runs along the coast. Not to be forgotten are, of course, the numerous beaches.

Wir verbrachten dort Ende August 2022 unseren jährlichen Freundeurlaub und es war wirklich toll. Das Haus ist wunderschön, modern, groß und gut ausgestattet. Und die Aussicht ist natürlich der Wahnsinn. Liebe Grüße auch an Sanja, die immer sehr nett und unkompliziert war :)
Wir haben mit unserer Familie einen außerordentlichen entspannten und schönen Urlaub in dieser Villa gehabt. Die Aussicht auf die blaue Adria und die Inseln begeistert uns immer wieder. Die Villa hat uns alles geboten was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt sehr schöne Buchten die auch in der Hauptsaison nicht alle überlaufen sind. Wir haben von den Eigentümern sehr gute Tipps erhalten um auch Olivenöl und Wein von lokalen Erzeugern verkosten und kaufen kann. Wir lieben diese Ostseite von Istrien und werden die Villa Istra Panorama mit dem großen Infinity Pool nicht nur weiter empfehlen sondern auch wieder buchen. Viele Grüße auch an Sanja die uns immer gut betreut hat.
