Villa Mirvami Lovran is a unique place hidden away from other houses with private sea access. It is located on a cliff directly above the sea with a private beach, a large main terrace and a beautiful mediterranean garden.
Villa Mirvami Lovran consists of three levels: the first level with the parking spaces, the second, main level and the third, so called sea level. From the first level you descend to the main level consisting of a large living area with kitchen and dining area. The large terrace above the sea on the main level is surrounded by a beautiful mediterranean garden (with special herb and vegetable section). Here you will also find a spacious summer kitchen with a lovely dining area underneath the pergola as well as a BBQ and separate outdoor toilette. From the terrace above the sea there is a spectacular view over the Kvarner Bay and the islands. During the day you can take shelter from the sun around the dining table and on sofas in the shade of the pergola. In the evening you can sit on the beautiful terrace just above the cliff to enjoy a refreshing breeze coming down from Ucka Mountain. On hot summer nights there is another terrace above the private beach where you can enjoy a night swim.
The third, sea level, consists of two units: the suite with the master bedroom and sitting room with TV and a sofa bed. The suite has its own spacious bathroom and an utility room with wardrobes, washer and dryer. The other unit consists of a double bed and a bathroom. Between the two units there is an open corridor that leads to the beach. The house has a completely private beach (which can be reached only from the house or sea) with an outdoor shower at your disposal.
The villa was completely reconstructed five years ago and besides the private beach, beautiful public, sandy beaches can be found nearby.
The Villa Mirvami Lovran is situated in a small town, Lovran, 6 km from the famous Austro-Hungarian summer resort Opatija, in the Croatian region of Istra (in the Kvarner Bay). The nearest cities are Rijeka (20km) and Triest, Italy (70 km). In front of Lovran the beautiful islands of Krk and Cres are located. This part of the Kvarner Bay is famous for its specific climate conditions: during the hot summer days, it has a light shadow in the late afternoon and is perfect for those who suffer from summer heat. For those reasons the Opatija Riviera and Lovran have been the health resort for pulmonian illness since the 19. century. It's 15 minutes by foot from the center of Lovran – a small and attractive Venetian town, with a pretty square in front of the church, a market place (with local and organic products, a butcher's shop and fish shops with daily fresh fish). There are also several highly ranked restaurants in Lovran and the villages nearby. Near the house (5 minutes walk) there is an excellent restaurant with home cooked food. Near Lovran there are also two marinas: ACI Marina in Ičići (3km) and Opatija (4 km).

Villa Mirvami was so lovely, beautiful decor, very stylish with artworks, colourful tiles and thoughtful touches throughout. The owner is very kind and helpful and has thought of everything! The garden is delightful and the swimming platform straight into the sea was just great. Short walk to Lovran with shops and cafes and the start point for hiking trails into the Ucka nature park or along the coastal path. We really enjoyed our week.
Ein traumhaft schönes Haus, das sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Aussicht vom Garten und Terrasse ist einzigartig. Die Lage ist gut, leider führt nach Lovran, 10 Minuten zu Fuß, ein sehr schmaler Gehsteig in die Stadt. Bei der Hausbeschreibung sind 4 Liegestühle aufgeführt, es waren aber nur 4 Strandstühle vorhanden. Am letzten Abend kam um 18 Uhr der Gärtner und mähte den Rasen und die Blumen wurden arrangiert, war sehr störend, da wir gerade im Garten waren und grillten.Trotzdem ein gelungener Urlaub den wir gerne dort wieder verbringen würden.

Ein schönes Haus in spektakulärer Lage. Mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail hochwertig eingerichtet. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Hausbesitzerin. (Wir wurden sogar mehrfach großartig bekocht!)Der wunderschön angelegte mediterrane Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt. Ein Urlaub der keine Wünsche offen lässt.
So stellen wir uns einen Urlaub vor für alle die es beschaulich und ruhig mögen.
Dieses Haus mit dem Garten hat etwas besonderes wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen.
Sauber, sehr gepflegt - können wir nur empfehlen.
Die Vermieterin Fr. Skansi ist eine nette und zuvorkommende Person nochmals vielen Dank. LG

Dieses Haus ist großzügig angelegt, sehr sauber, mit herrlichem Garten und uneinsehbarem Meereszugang, bestens ausgestattet (bis zur Eiswürfelmaschine alles vorhanden) und sehr gepflegt. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die zusätzliche Sommerküche, die ebenfalls großzügig ausgestattet ist. Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen! Und kulinarisch bietet dieses Eck von Istrien auch wirklich viel!
Von Anfang bis zum Ende war es ein "zu Hause" fühlen. Die Herzlichkeit der Eigentümer und der Luxus der Liegenschaft waren für uns einfach wunderbar erholsam. Wir genossen sowohl die private Lage als auch die abendlichen, romantischen Lichter des gegenüberliegenden Rijeka. Für uns perfekt.

Auch für uns war es ein Traum! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und die tolle Lage und das wunderschöne Haus genossen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist perfekt.
Es war ein Traum! Das Haus liegt perfekt - direkt am Wasser. Wir konnte morgens, mittags und abends einfach im Meer abtauchen. Die Einrichtung ist mit Liebe und Geschmack ausgewählt. Man spürt, dass die Eigentümer das Haus in erster Linie für sich eingerichtet haben - nichts ist billig. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit; die Restauranttipps sehr gut. Alles in allem haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lovran verbracht-

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Lovran. Das Haus ist in perfekter Lage, ist sehr gepflegt und Sauber. Der Meerzugang super !
Der Garten ist ein Traum und die Küchen wirkliche mit allem ausgestattet.
Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und freundlich . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
