Family villa with private pool near Porec

Villa Botanica Istria near Porec is an excellent choice for all those guests dreaming of a relaxing vacation. The villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons.
One look at the photos and it´s clear that the villa was decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. It combines a traditional Istrian style with modern appliances of good quality. The ground floor offers a cosy living/dining area, one bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilette. On the upper floor, you will find 3 further bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are equipped with cosy double beds and all of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
A couple of steps lead from the villas ground floor to the pool area with comfortable sun loungers waiting for you to try them. Make yourself a nice refreshing drink and soak up the sun by your own private pool. The outdoor area also offers a nice shaded garden with a couple of sitting areas. An outdoor dining area is ideal for dining al fresco - you can prepare the mails on a traditional stone barbecue. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi and private parking. .

Villa Botanica Istria is located in the small village of Stranici, just 2,5 km away from one of the best-preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria - the picturesque Sveti Lovrec. In its winding alleys, you will find several bars and restaurants, a post office, a grocery shop and a local doctor. An array of splendid beaches is available within a short drive, the nearest ones around the charming fishing town of Vrsar. Due to the proximity of the main regional road, however, all the famous Istrian sites like Porec (15 km), Rovinj (20 km) and Pula (40 km) are easily accessible. Adventure seekers will be thrilled by the horse ranch in the nearby village of Jakici, as well as great free climbing spots in the spectacular Lim Bay. The hinterland is carpeted with olive groves, which produce some truly excellent olive oil.

Note:
Wir waren zu acht im Haus (zwei Familien, grössere Kinder, 12-15Jahre). Viel Platz vorhanden für jeden, Zimmer mit viel Stauraum. Pool wurde zwei mal wöchentlich von Poolservice gewartet. Nach 7 Tagen frische Wäsche für Zimmer und Bad erhalten, auf Wunsche wird diese auch durch Hausbetreuer gewechselt. Gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Schatten im Garten. Tolle Grillmöglichkeit. Küche mit etwas wenig Abstellplatz, Grundausstattung mit Geschirr gut, einige Dinge haben gefehlt (Pastasieb/grosse Salatschüssel bei 8 Personen). Nachbarn (Ivana und ihr Mann) sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus.
Luxebedden, ruime praktische badkamers. Zeer proper huis. Gastvrouw Ana was steeds ter beschikking. Te weinig parasols aanwezig aan het zwembad. Minpuntje is de ligging in de omgeving van de autostrade waardoor er wel veel geluidshinder van verkeer was.
