Located in Labinci near Porec, this beautiful family villa will fulfil all your wishes. Villa Clara Melodie consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms.

One bedroom is on the ground floor, while the other two are located upstairs and have access to the wonderful balcony overlooking the pool area- a great view for starting your day right. All bedrooms, just like the rest of the house, are stylishly decorated, comfortable and with lots of attention to detail. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. The centre of the ground floor is the colourful living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area for 8 persons. Directly from there, you can enter the garden and the inviting pool area. An outdoor dining area and a charcoal barbecue are at your disposal for those who like to prepare and enjoy food outdoors, while the shade under the sun umbrellas is inviting you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The convenient location of the villa enables easy getting to the coast and to the picturesque inland, while a shop and a restaurant are just a short walk away.

Labinci is a small village, only a short drive away from Porec. Porec is the tourist hot spot of the surrounding, with all its sport, gastronomical and fun amenities, known for its beautiful beaches as well as rich cultural heritage. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal city. Sunsets in Porec are also something worth seeing. The nearest beach is approx. 7 km away from the villa. Since the coast is easily reachable by car, you have lots of different beaches to discover. In the vicinity of Porec, you will find the water park - Aqualandia, which ensures a fun-filled day for the entire family. The inland of this part of Istria offers many walking and cycling trails, as well as the opportunity to discover the small towns and their cultural and gastronomical specificities. If you would like to explore Central Istria, you simply have to visit some of its charming hilltop towns like Groznjan or Motovun, where you can enjoy the view of the stunning countryside.

We have had the most wonderful stay at Villa Clara Melodie - the house is beautiful, spotlessly clean with loads of room and it has everything you could possibly need. The pool and gardens are stunning, really well looked after and the perfect peaceful spot to relax after a day exploring stunning Istria. Would not hesitate to recommend or return!

Villa Clara Melodie was absolutely stunning, and looked exactly as the pictures advertised. It is evident that the owner cares very much about the place as the villa and the grounds surrounding it are immaculately clean and well taken care of. We were impressed by the layout, furniture choices, the fact that the villa came with a fully equipped kitchen, and the location of the villa in a tranquil paradise. There, however, was a single downside regarding the property, which was the lack of privacy as the maintenance personnel arrived, unannounced and without any coordination, nearly every day of our stay to clean the pool, mow the lawn, replenish items in the storage room located inside the villa. We value our privacy very much and that is the only reason for the 3-star review; otherwise, the property is great!
