Delightful modern villa with pool near Porec

We had a lovely holiday in Croatia. Villa Ema is an exceptionally spacious and very comfortable villa which was very well equipped. It was very clean and well presented. Our grandkids loved the pool and we all really liked the village location. It was also not too far to drive to the supermarket or seaside and we were given free tickets to park by the sea, which were really helpful. We had a few issues with the aircon during the week but these were attended to promptly, although it was never quite resolved. We felt the system needs an aircon expert to check it further as the temperature fluctuated a lot, especially in the bedrooms. I would like to add that Vesna was a brilliant local rep! She was friendly and she went out of her way to be helpful. I think the only disappointment we felt with the villa was that the pics on the website suggested a larger outdoor space than it really has. Not a major issue as we loved our holiday but it certainly felt more spacious inside than out. There isn’t very much space for kids to play out apart from in the pool and there is no garden or space beyond the paved areas (which I had though there was). The tall evergreen trees on the boundary give privacy but it feels a bit shut in. If it was my house, I would also make the rather odd walk in storage room next to the upstairs double room into an en-suite. Overall, though. it’s a lovely property and as last year (in a different villa) , we enjoyed excellent service from MyIstria. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Impressed by the size of Villa Ema, we had everything you could possibly need for our stay. Quiet nice surroundings perfect for relaxing and also not far from shops, beaches and Old Towns (Novigrad, Poreč, Rovinj...) to visit.

Ein Haus welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden auch vor Ort sehr gut betreut.

Sehr schöne Villa, 1 a Ausstattung, netter ursprünglicher Ort, gute Restaurants im Ort, alles Tip Top. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und möchte das die Gäste sich rundum wohl fühlen.... das ist Ihr gelungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Villa Ema.
