Charming villa with private pool near Porec

If you are dreaming of spending a relaxing holiday near the city of Porec and its wonderful beaches, Villa Jenny could be the ideal choice for you! This lovely villa was built in 2011 and provides everything you could need on your vacation. The villa is suitable for up to 10 persons (including babies) and consists of 2 separate apartments distributed over two floors.

Each apartment has a living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. On the ground floor you will find 3 and on the first floor 2 bedrooms. There is a bathroom on each floor. Due to the villa´s spacious and bright interior the best way to describe Villa Jenny would be "cosy" - here you will truly feel like home. If you would like to enjoy the warm Istrian summer to the fullest, do not miss the opportunity to take a dip in the villa´s inviting pool or soak up the sun on the terrace. Villa Jenny has a stone barbecue where you can prepare local specialties while the youngest guests play on the playground. IMPORTANT: Villa Jenny is a family villa, youth groups are not allowed!.

The location of Villa Jenny is ideal for families that would like to spend a relaxing vacation near the tourist hot-spots, in this case near Porec. Porec is without doubt a jewel of Croatian summer tourism. The city has a long and rich history. It was founded on a small peninsula long before the arrival of the Illyrian tribe Histrians. Where today lies the old town was once a Roman settlement. Porec has preserved its appearance as well as the names of the main streets Cardo Maximus and Decumanus and the Forum. While staying in or near Porec, you have to visit the stunning Euphrasius Basilica, originally built in the 6th century. Since 1998 the basilica has been an UNESCO protected site. Aside from cultural heritage, Porec also offers a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars where you can try out some of the local culinary specialties. However, if you simply want to relax and soak up the sun, you came to the right place, since Porec area is surrounded by beautiful beaches.

Mit gutem Gewissen zu empfehlen! Die Villa Jenny ist praktisch und ruhig gelegen, gut eingerichtet und verfügt über 2 Wohnungen, welche schön eingerichtet sind. Den Pool, die große Grundstücksfläche und den großen Tisch mit super Feuerstelle haben wir sehr genossen. Ganz angenehm und freundliche Gastgeber, vielen Dank Jenny und Dimitri, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt bei Euch!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Villa ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist ringsrum mit einer Mauer versehen, dass man Hunde frei laufen lassen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvor kommend. Wir können diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Jenny und Dimitri.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Villa Jenny And was delighted with our stay. The villa is well equipped and the swimming pool and gardens are lovely. We were six adults and four children aged 4 and 6 and it suited all our needs. We hired cars which I would say was essential because although only a ten minute drive to Porec there didn’t seem to be a bus service (although we didn’t really look for one) and taxis were quite expensive (£25 each way). The only negatives were that the ironing board and towels were quite old and it would be nice if they were replaced. A small welcome pack with tea milk etc would also have been appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. However the warmth and kindness of the owners made up for that as Jenny appeared one day with a box full of delicious cakes for us. All in all we would thoroughly recommend a stay at this delightful villa.

Haben in der Villa Jenny eine wunderschöne Woche in Kroatien verbracht. Optimale Lage, super Ausstattung, Pool, sehr gepflegter und sauberer Außen- und Innenbereich mit großzügigem Grillplatz; Haustechnik in Küche, Wifi, Klimaanlage...in perfektem Zustand. Zu von tollen Meerzugängen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur 5-10min Fahrt. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Kiesstrand bei Hotel Materada - Plava Laguna mit kostenloser Parkmöglichkeit im Pinienwald und guter Strandbar, JetSki- und Bootsverleih. Als Abwechslung zum Strandalltag können wir den Dinopark Funtana und Aquapark "AquaColors" sehr empfehlen. Besonders nenneswert ist der nette Empfang und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter, welche sich wirklich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert haben. 5-Sterne, wenn nicht mehr!

Es ist ein super schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus. Ideal für 2 Familien. Wir waren mit 9 Personen vor Ort und mit unseren Hunden. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ich würde jederzeit wieder gerne das Haus buchen. Der Nachteil war der Stau den wir hatten. Ich werde Pfingsten nicht mehr nach Kroatien fahren 13 Stunden Fahrt für 600 Kilometer ist sehr viel. Da können aber die Vermieter nichts dafür. Ich würde eventuell eine Buchung unter der Woche bevorzugen. Das Haus kann und muss man aber auf alle Fälle wärmstens weiter empfehlen.. Anstatt der Badewanne wäre mir eine Dusche wesentlich lieber. Das ist aber auch das einzige Manko.

Tolle Lage – tolles Haus – toller Vermieter Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht (Klimaanlage, Wifi usw.) Besonders der schöne Außenbereich mit Küche, Grill, Pool, Außendusche und einem dank nächtlicher Bewässerung grünen Rasen (August!) ermöglichten uns (zwei Familien mit sechs Kindern) einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Lage im kleinen ruhigen Ort Buici ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Die Altstadt von Porec ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker sowie Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert und standen mit Rat Tat zur Seite. Eine ideale Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub!
