Villa Joze is a modern villa for 6 people looking for relaxation and enjoyment with a soothing view of the wooded area. The ground floor features an open floor plan with a meticulously arranged living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
An additional dose of comfort and romance is added by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. One bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. A special feature of the ground floor is the direct exit from all rooms to the outdoor covered terrace, the perfect place for a morning coffee. On the first floor with a far-reaching view of the greenery, there are two more spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The modern and elegant furnishing of this villa is also reflected in the outdoor area with a private pool surrounded by deck chairs. To ensure additional privacy, the villa is completely fenced and has a spacious grass area perfect for children’s plays. And for additional hours spent playing - swings, a slide and a trampoline are available for the youngest. In addition to the pool, the outdoor area is equipped with a canopy, a charcoal grill and a dining table for enjoying your meals outdoors. Round off the joint activities with table tennis or a picnic on a bench next to the tree, for an experience worth remembering. This villa leads the way in the category of environmental awareness because it uses alternative methods in the form of solar panels for heating water during the summer and even offers its visitors with electric cars a special charging port in the parking lot.
Villa Joze is located in the heart of Istria in the village of Tinjan, which is about 20 km from the town of Porec. Tinjan is a small town known for its excellent gastronomy and the production of one of the best hams in the world. Try traditional Istrian dishes in one of the many top restaurants located not far from the villa. Don't miss visiting the romantic coastal towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec. Rovinj is a particularly beautiful town that will delight you with its narrow streets, high-class restaurants and friendly locals. We recommend for all culture lovers visit the city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre or to discover the Brijuni National Park, where you can see numerous archaeological sites. Central Istria is ideal for all active holidaymakers and sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. Visit small medieval hilltop towns such as Motovun, Buzet, Visnjan or Hum (the smallest town in the world).

We have had a very nice time at Villa Joze. We always rent a house when we spend our holiday in Europe and this house was by far the nicest and most complete which we have had so far. We felt immediately at home. On al details has been thought and all details are at a high quality level. Tne owners are also very nice people and they take really good care to maintain everything, Questions have always been answered very quickly.
Besides the very nice house, it is also situated perfectly. Locally very private and considered as a location in Istria very centalized. A lot of nice cities are closeby, which is also the case for many nice restaurants.
Normaly we prefer not going back to the same place, but in this case we might reconsider. We would very much recommend this Villa if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Istria (and we're not getting paid for it :-) )
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Joze. Die Villa und die Gastgeber sind absolut zu empfehlen. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und es Mangel an nichts. Die Umgebung ist herrlich, ruhig und man kann sich perfekt entspannen und den Tag genießen. Der Pool mit Salzwasser ist ein Traum und es macht Spaß mit den Kids darin rumzutoben...
Die Gastgeber und deren Service war außerordentlich gut. Auf Nachrichten mit Fragen wurde blitzschnell und stets freundlich reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Joze. Rundum lässt sich nichts negatives über den Aufenthalt, die Villa, die Gastgeber oder aber den Service sagen.
Die Villa ist top ausgestattet - an manchen stellen sogar besser als in der Beschreibung steht. Außerdem ist sie innen und außen top gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Die Gastgeber und deren Service war außerordentlich gut. Auf Nachrichten mit Fragen wurde blitzschnell und stets freundlich reagiert.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
Absolutely fantastic villa. Everything brand new and of a very high standard with everything anybody could need when on holiday. Lots of outside space with a great pool and grill area as well as playground, trampoline and badminton to enjoy.
The area is truly quiet with only the wind and birds to be heard which allows you to completely turn off and relax.
The owners Mirjana and (super) Mario are wonderful hosts and were always available to help and recommend things to do.
We hope that we will have the opportunity to return to Villa Joze and would highly recommend this amazing villa to anybody looking for rest and relaxation in a true 5 star luxury accommodation with the most friendly and helpful owners.
