Villa Mala is an ideal family villa set in a quiet small place, yet just about 7 km away from the tourist hot spot Porec. The villa has a lovely private pool where you can enjoy the warm summer days.
Sun loungers, a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, charcoal barbecue, table football - all is at your disposal for a completely relaxed holiday! Right from the terrace next to the pool, you can enter the cosy living room. The living room is part of the open concept ground floor together with the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. There are in total three bedrooms, each with air-condition and a TV. One is on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a nice balcony, are set on the upper floor. Villa Mala is perfect for accommodating 6 persons. Book it and enjoy your time at this lovely villa relaxing by the inviting private pool! Villa Mala is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.

Žbandaj is a quiet village just about 6 km from Poreč - on of the largest tourist spots in Istria. Shop and restaurants can be found within 500 m from the villa. Beaches are 7 km from Žbandaj and you can choose a beach of your choice around Poreč area. Poreč tourism is more than sea, sun and tourist image. The tourists can easily recognize the city that is keeping its historical values. You can find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces.The priceless city center, located on a small peninsula submerged in the sea. Its foundations were put in place during the time of the rule of the Roman Empire. From the property everything is located close by, you will find a small market-shop and a restaurant at 500 meters from the villa, while the closest beaches are only 7 km away.

Note:
Das Haus ist sehr schön und voll ausgestattet, der Pool hat eine gute Größe und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist optimal, im Ort gibt es zwei Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Zum Meer und nach Porec sind sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Gastgeber sprechen perfekt deutsch. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und würden wieder kommen!
Die Villa ist wunderschön und top ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und die Zimmer sind sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und reagieren sehr schnell wenn man etwas braucht. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub! Sehr zu empfehlen!
