One of the bedrooms also has a TV. On the ground floor of the villa you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with en suite bathroom, double bed and exit to the terrace. The ground floor also offers a living room with a TV and a fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen in an open space concept. This entire space is air-conditioned. The stone walls in the interior, the large fireplace and the wooden beams that stretch across the ceilings give a special kind of charm to the villa.
Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a corner for relaxing in the shade, a dining table and a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals. Poreč is about 10 km away and offers many attractions and events, from the old town with the Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO heritage site), to many restaurants, bars and cultural events. We also recommend you visit the coastal town of Rovinj. Stroll through the romantic streets and visit the baroque church of St. Euphemia and the city palace. Be sure to explore what Visnjan has to offer. If you are interested in stars and other celestial bodies, visit the famous observatory in the small village of Tićan, 3 km away from Višnjan. The nearest beaches are in the vicinity of Poreč, and you can choose between sandy and pebble beaches or concrete ones.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren aber leider zu kurzen Urlaub.
In dem Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigt und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Ich kann hier nur eine 100%-ige Empfehlung abgeben.
Das einzige was ich noch empfehlen würde, sind mehr Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Mücken war schon ein Thema. Lüften ist möglich aber danach müsste auf die Jagd gegangen werden.
