Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bedrooms are bright and comfortable. Each room offers a double bed, TV and air conditioning. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. The other two rooms share a bathroom, which is located on the same floor. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en suite bathroom, a double bed, a TV as well as air condition. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room with a couch and TV, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire space is air-conditioned. The basement of the villa offers an entertainment room where you can relax playing pool or table football. For guests who want to stay active while on holiday, there is also a fitness corner.
Next to the house there is a covered terrace and in the garden you will also find a covered area with a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared on the charcoal grill, which is at your disposal. In the garden of the villa you will find a swimming pool and sun loungers where you can relax with a book or a refreshing drink, or you can have fun playing badminton. For our younger guests, in the garden you will find a children's playground and a trampoline. The property is completely fenced and has private parking for 6 cars. Villa Sun Istria is located near Višnjan, an Istrian town located on the top of a hill. The winding streets of this enchanting town witness the rich historical heritage of this place, and at the same time offer a spectacular view of the sea from the ancient terrace on the square, which is entered through a Venetian arch. Višnjan is known for its observatory, as well as an exceptional traditional gastronomy, which you can enjoy in numerous restaurants and agritourisms in the area. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most stunning of them being the historical Parenzana old railroad trail which offers a unique ride on a tourist train along the route as well. The ancient Roman city of Poreč, 10 km from the villa, offers more buzz, with heavenly beaches, excellent restaurants and cafes, and a rich nightlife. You definitely shouldn't miss visiting the famous Euphrasian basilica, the trademark of Poreč which is why the city is called "the city of mosaics”. Visit the Baredine cave or one of the nearby water parks and spend the best vacation ever!

Wir haben uns zu 4. (38-42 Jahre) in der wunderschönen Villa für eine Woche eingemietet und waren vollauf zufrieden. Die super freundlichen Besitzer Katarina und Moreno haben uns an der Unterkunft empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder wertvolle Tipps gegeben (Taxiunternehmen für Transfer nach Porec, Strandempfehlungen etc.).
Das 2022 gebaute Haus bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene einstellbare Klimaanlage, was in heißen Sommern ein Traum ist. Die drei Badezimmer sind super schön und die Handtücher flauschig weich. WLAN und ein großer Flachbildfernseher im jedem Zimmer (inkl. Netflix) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ideal zum planschen, chillen und Spaß haben. Bei schlechtem Wetter bietet der "Party-Keller" mit Kicker, Billiard oder Darts Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten.
Wir wären gerne länger geblieben :-)
Wir haben eine sehr geschmackvolle, schöne Unterkunft vorgefunden und wurden von sehr freundlichen Besitzern empfangen. Das Haus war deutlich schöner als es die Bilder im Internet vermuten ließen. Das ist ja eher umgekehrt. Das Haus ist komplett und neu ausgestattet. Für Familien und befreundete Ehepaare perfekt. Zum Strand führt ein sehr schöner Radweg. Die Unterkunft ist eine absolute Empfehlung von uns.
