This luxury villa, with its characteristic Art Deco design, has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 persons. On the ground floor, Villa Design Terra has a cozy living room equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, where the entire group can spend quality time together.
The living area is connected to the dining room and the modern kitchen with all the conveniences that will make cooking a truly special experience. The ground floor opens directly to the terrace, which boasts views of the pool, the wonderfully landscaped garden as well as the forest, which is shared by 2 other houses.
Two of the bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are scattered over the first floor. Not only do all of the rooms have an ensuite bathroom, but they are also all tastefully furnished to make you feel just like at home. Throughout the villa, you can see beautiful paintings and artwork by Omer Berber and Tarik Berber that underline the charm of each room. If you are staying on the upper floor, the owners have prepared a special treat for you - an outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace. Just imagine relaxing in a jacuzzi, while surrounded by glorious views.
If you are an active person, you will definitely enjoy the outdoor pool (heated upon request), as well as your own golf court and a fitness room. And what better way to relax after an active day than in a sauna!
Upon request, there is a possibility of additional services: private chef, golf instructor, chauffeur services, grocery shopping, babysitting, yoga teacher, massage.

Location of the Villa Design Terra offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and yet well known tourist destinations on the coast are easy to reach. The nearest coastal towns are Fazana and Peroj, well know for their pebble beaches. From Fažana, small coastal town with a harbour, you can take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia – Brijuni. If you want to see something special, be sure to visit Central Istria with its magnificent views. Here you can also try the delicious Istrian cuisine: home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži) and Mediterranean home-made specialities. During your stay in Istria visit the city of Pula with its Roman Amphitheatre (25 km) and beautiful city of Rovinj (20 km). Villa Design Terra has a private forest area shared with 2 more houses, where you can take walks or relax on the benches and hammocks.
