Elegant family villa near Pula with a private pool

On the outskirts of the village of Pavicini you can hardly miss the wonderful Villa Eni. The spacious outdoor area is adorned by the fabulous 40m2 pool with its massage jets and comfortable loungers for relaxing and sunbathing.
The courtyard and garden offer enough space to run around and play for the younger guests, but also for the older ones because a table football and a pool table invite you to exciting tournaments. Long, happy summer evenings with family and friends are best spent here on the covered terrace with barbecue. The interior is spacious and open and the elegant furnishings on the ground floor look very homely with wooden beams and the beautiful fireplace. In addition to the living and dining area, there is a pretty, fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, 2 bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice staircase takes you to the upper floor, where there are 2 further cosy bedrooms with their modern ensuite bathrooms. Villa Eni is perfect for a relaxing, easy-going holiday with family or dear friends, far away from everyday life. Should you still have a thirst for adventure, the lively and interesting city of Pula with its whole range of possibilities is not too far away.

This elegant modern villa is located in a small village Pavicini, near the city of Pula. Pavicini is very famous for having one of the oldest oil mills in Istria. You can visit it and try freshly cold-pressed olive oil. The area is also known for fishing, agriculture and cattle breeding. Villa Eni is 2 km away from beach Duga Uvala and is surrounded by vast fields and greenery. If you feel like trying local food, amazing restaurants are just within a 10 minutes drive. We highly recommend you visit cities nearby: Pula, Medulin, Rovinj, Fažana, Vodnjan; or maybe famous islands like Lošinj, Krk or Cres. Istria is a perfect holiday spot for everyone looking to recharge, enjoy mesmerising landscapes and swim in the sky-blue sea.

Note:
Very nice villa with privacy and close to the beach, (by car), there is a store near by also. It has all the necessary things you need for a perfect stay
Mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. Bij aankomst was alles redelijk schoon. Communicatie met de eigenaar was prima. We waren met 6 personen waarvan 2 kleine kinderen. Kinderen hadden een eigen bedje en kinderstoel en genoten ook volop. We komen graag nog een keer terug.
