Villa Family in Kavran will fulfil all your wishes! This charming villa is built in a rustic style and is located near the beach and close to Pula, but if you don't want to leave the house that's fine too. This villa offers a private swimming pool in a beautiful garden.
You are welcome to spend warm summer evenings outdoors, have dinner on the covered terrace and enjoy the tranquility of this small Istrian village, but also have fun with a good game of table football. The interior of the villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, where a pleasant home atmosphere was created. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms as well: one with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. This makes the villa very suitable for families with children. Villa Family is located a short drive from Pula, a town known as the centre of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. The Romans left many traces in Pula, particularly the beautiful amphitheatre. Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sport facilities, night clubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, and organised excursions. Unspoilt forest, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this place a very attractive destination for seaside lovers. Everywhere, you can enjoy the nature, for example at the lakes of Plitvice and the famous waterfalls, or on the Brioni islands with its exceptional flora and fauna which make it the Mediterranean northernmost exotic oasis. Near Pula you will also find Premantura, is a synonym for beautiful and untouched nature. It is situated just next to the nature park Cap Kamenjak. This is the southernmost part of Istria where the sea is of irresistible blue-green colour.

Wir waren so glücklich! Was für wunderbare Gastgeber! Wir sind nach 13 Stunden Fahrt angekommen und wurden mit einem schönen kalten Bier empfangen, die Familie ist einfach großartig! Die Villa ist ein Traum und egal welche Probleme Wir hatten, Sie haben sich sofort gekümmert. Waren jederzeit erreichbar und einfach super freundlich. Immer immer wieder gerne. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt
Schönes Haus, freundliche Gastgeber. Wurden sehr nett mit Kaltgetränken empfangen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer auch schön. In der Sommerhitze war die Klimaanlage ein echter Segen.
