If you are a group looking for a villa that is near the sea, but large enough to accommodate up to 16 persons, we have just the thing for you and it´s called Villa Holiday! The villa is a 4 story house with plenty of room in it´s 630m2.
If viewed from the poolside, on the ground floor, on one side there is a well-equipped fitness room so you can stay active on vacation, but there is also a special treat in the form of a sauna and a tanning bed for those that prefer to relax.
On the other side of the ground floor, there is a tavern with a kitchen, two large tables and a large stone grill, where the entire group can spend quality time together. There is also a pool table at your disposal that will be a great source of fun times for both the young and slightly older guests. :) This whole area has an exit to the terrace and the outdoor area.
One story higher and you will reach the first three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the remaining two bedrooms have a large single bed each. Also, on this floor, there are two bathrooms, another kitchen with a dining room as well as another living room.
The stairs leed further up to the second floor that accommodates a large group in four bedrooms. One double bed bedroom has its own bathroom, two other bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) share a bathroom. Next to them, there is another living room and a kitchenette as well as an exit to the balcony. On this floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a couch and another bathroom The fourth bedroom also has a separate kitchenette and a living area.
And finally, on the top floor, there are two further bedrooms, both with double beds, that share a bathroom. At your disposal, there is also a living room with a dining area and a kitchen as well as a semi-covered terrace where you can sip your morning coffee while enjoying the view.
Please note that each kitchen has a different kind of equipment. The villa was designed with functionality in mind for all of those large groups that love to spend their vacation together but also value their privacy. This villa will offer you that and much more!
Even though this villa is located only a short walk from the nearest beach, it also has a private pool where you will be able to enjoy the sun and simply relax.

Villa Holiday is located in Pjescana uvala, a small tourist town not far from Pula and Medulin. Pjescana uvala is a quiet little town, however, it offers everything you need on your vacation: from restaurants to shops and bars and of course, to beautiful beaches and clear blue Adria. The beaches are pebbly which makes them appropriate for all age groups including little children. If you don´t mind a quick drive, you absolutely have to visit Cape Kamenjak nature park. There are miles of rugged coastline, stunning beaches, and a bar or two. Of course, if you are feeling adventurous, you can also get there by bike.
If you decide to visit Pula during your stay, this coastal town also has a lot to offer, including the beautifully preserved Roman arena as well as many other monuments scattered all over these historic streets.

We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it to others as well. It has privacy, its close to a beach which was just perfect and clean. Shops, restaurants, bakery, bistros - are really close to the villa. The host was helpful, everything was just perfect :)
