They open out on to the spacious covered barbecue area, offering a cosy outdoor gathering place. With a choice of sitting and dining areas scattered about indoors and outdoors, sun loungers dotted around and a lovely lawned garden to find a sunny spot in, you might want to spend most of your time lounging about, dipping in and out of the alluring swimming pool. But for those with energy to burn off, there’s a dedicated fitness room, as well as an outdoor jacuzzi for extra enjoyment. Villa Liv is definitely the perfect choice for a real feel of nature and a fabulous Istrian getaway.

Offering a good base from which to explore this unspoilt region, this beautiful villa is immersed in the glorious rolling Istrian countryside yet only a stone's throw away from the emerald-blue waters and secluded natural beaches of the Adriatic. Just 8 kilometres from the villa lies the quaint medieval town of Barban, known for its annual ancient cavalry game “The Race of the Ring”. A unique horse ranch offering trekking and horseback riding is located in the nearby village of Manjadvorci. Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large adrenaline park at a mere 2 km from the villa, a diving centre at the beautiful, small bay of Krnica (10 min drive away), as well as the proximity of various hiking and biking trails. A great choice of cuisine, using delicious local produce, means you'll never have to go far to find a superb meal and you can also buy groceries directly from the local producers. To add the final ingredient to this rich variety of activities, the historic town of Pula and the vivid tourist hot spots are at a short driving distance, as well as the ferries for a tour to the stunningly beautiful surrounding islands.

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut um Erkundungen zu planen .
Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub von zwei Wochen. Kleine Abstriche gibt es aber. Die Küche an sich ist für 8-10 Personen sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Das fängt an bei einer Kaffeemaschine für zwei Personen (sehr klein). Das Geschirr an sich könnte auf die Menge doppelt ausgelegt sein um nicht immer nach jedem gemeinsamen Essen die Spülmaschine laufen zu lassen. Und so Kleinigkeiten wie keine Eierbecher und nur sechs schnapsgläser. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich würde die Villa definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Villa. Es sieht wirklich wie auf den Bildern aus. Sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Einmal im der Woche wird der Pool und der Jacuzzi gereinigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Man muss damit rechnen, dass man das Auto viel braucht, denn Villen liegen immer etwas abgelegen.
Die Villa war einfach nur super! Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen 👍

Eine sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter Empfang von den Vermietern mit Willkommens-Vesper-Platte und Wein. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Wir würden sofort wieder hin. Alles Perfekt :-)
Zu dem Haus braucht man gar nicht viel schreiben. Wir haben genau das vorgefunden, was wir vorher in der Beschreibung gelesen und auf den Bildern gesehen haben. Alles perfekt.

Eine tolle und saubere Villa. Die Fotos versprechen definitiv nicht zuviel. Normalerweise kennt man es ja, dass die Fotos ein wenig "aufgepimpt" werden. Hier war es nicht der Fall. Alles ganz genau wie beschrieben und einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen angelegt. Wir waren eine Truppe mit 8 Personen mittleren Alters und haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine istrische Platte mit Fleisch und eine Flasche Wein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung Wert.
Eine wunderschöne und super saubere und sehr komfortable Villa. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Villa ist die letzte in der Straße und man sieht auf Wiesen und Wald. Es war zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt sehr ruhig und super erholsam. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben uns zur Begrüßung mit Speisen und Getränken Rohschinken und Käse und Wasser und Wein empfangen.
