Lovely villa with pool close to beach near Pula

This lovely 3-bedroom villa is located in a small place Peroj, not even a kilometre away from the nearest pebble beach and in proximity to Pula and its famous amphitheatre. It offers accommodation for 6 persons and has a private pool to freshen up on sunny days.

When you enter the villa from the poolside and the covered terrace, you will find an open space room divided into a living room with SAT-TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen that provides everything for preparing your meals during your stay. Each bedroom has a double bed, TV, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom which offers comfort that makes the stay much more convenient and carefree. The villa is completely enclosed and has 2 private parking spaces. The fabulous location enables experiencing the best of this part of Istria, according to your preferences...discovering the coast, villages or cities and tourist amenities- we are sure that everyone will find their point of interest that will make the holiday just perfect.

This villa is located in the village of Peroj, which is situated on the south-western coast of southern Istria. Peroj is located close to the picturesque town of Fazana and about 10 km away from the 3000-year-old town of Pula. From Fazana it is easy to reach the only national park in Istria, and so-called the Heaven on Earth – Brijuni Island National Park. This 14 islands archipelago features a unique natural setting for rare and rich flora and fauna. Fazana on the other side is famous as a place of long fishing tradition and the pilchard that is an unavoidable delicacy here! Less than half an hour drive from Peroj, you can reach the biggest town in Istria- Pula, with its symbol Arena, the Roman amphitheatre that is in size 6th in the world. Also, a short drive from Peroj is one of the most ‘photogenic’ towns in the Mediterranean – Rovinj.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Martulin. Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir ganz herzlich von den Besitzern mit Getränken begrüßt. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Zum Meer braucht man zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten. Dort gibt es verschiedene Strandbars Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden die Villa Martulin jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren vom 13.Mai bis 20. Mai 2023 in der Villa Martulin. Von der Begrüßung mit einem Grappa bis zu unserer Heimreise war alles perfekt. Das Wetter konnte man leider nicht mitbuchen, das war das einzig Schlechte. Das Haus ist bis auf das kleinste Detail durchgeplant. Es wird an alles gedacht, sogar Zahnstocher und Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Man kann mit einem Koffer anreisen und alles Andere ist in der Villa vorhanden. Perfekt! Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Wir waren von 03.09. - 10..09.2022 in der Villa Martulin. Wir haben uns vom ersten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir konnten das Gepäck vorher schon im Haus unterbringen, solange es noch gereinigt wurde. Alles ist sehr sauber und auch durchdacht eingerichtet. Den Pool haben wir auch genutzt. Das Meer ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In Peroj können wir die Pizzeria mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Auch Einkaufen ist kein Problem, 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt bekommt man die wichtigsten Dinge . Ein kleiner Supermarkt hat so gut wie alles im Sortiment . Es gibt einen Bäcker und einen Obst und Gemüsestand, also alles vorhanden. Vielen Dank an die tollen Vermieter, und wir sehen uns wieder in der Villa Martulin!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, das Haus wurde uns gezeigt, und soweit wichtig, alles erklärt. Nach einer netten Kaffeerunde verabschiedeten sich unsere Gastgeber herzlich von uns, Rechtzeitig zu den Müllabfuhr-Terminen wurden wir per SMS daran erinnert. Der Pool fand in unserer Gruppe großen Anklang. Mir persönlich war er etwas zu kalt. Hier bestände gerade in der Vor-Nachsaison Heizbedarf, Handtücher und Badetücher mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, wurden wöchentlich getauscht. Wir können die Villa Martulin wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir wünschen Tihomir und Snjezana alles Gute und viel Erfolg mit diesem großartigem Ferienhaus.

Diese Villa ist nur zu empfehlen. Man wird von der Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen und die Villa wird dann auf eine ganz besondere freundliche Art gezeigt. Bis zum Meer sind es ca. 800 m. Der Strand ist sehr schön und man kann tolle Abendspaziergänge an der Strandpromenade und durch den kleinen Ort machen. Ausstattung der Villa ist super und es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück für zwei PKW. Bei Abreise wird man wieder persönlich von den Gastgebern verabschiedet. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Würden sofort wieder diese Villa buchen.
