Beautiful family villa with pool near the sea

Villa Ostone is situated in a more quiet part of Pula, only 2. 5 km from the first beach and the city centre.
This lovely two storey family villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens which makes it suitable to accommodate 10+1 persons. The villa offers excellent opportunities to spend the eventful day whether it is by playing billiard, table tennis or enjoying the private pool and relaxing on the sun loungers. The ground floor offers a beautifully furnished living area with TV and direct pool access as well as a kitchen, dining area, 2 comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. The first floor houses the other three elegant bedrooms, one bathroom and a smaller kitchen. The third bathroom is located in the same area as the table tennis table and billard. Besides the private pool, the outdoor area offers a shaded dining table for 12 persons with a stone grill where you can spend your evenings or enjoy your lunch during the day. A big plus is that all the amenities such as a grocery shop and restaurants are within walking distance :).

Villa Ostone is located about 2 kilometres from the city centre of Pula - an ancient city rich with culture and historical monuments and today the also the biggest city in Istria. It had its heydays during the Roman period, but it was during the Venetian period that Pula developed into one of the most important control centres of the Adriatic and to this day the city´s harbour remained one of the most important harbours in the region. Sports and adventure enthusiasts will benefit from an extremely wide variety of summer and water activities at the coastline, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing. Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sports facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants. Make sure to visit the Roman Amphitheatre, locally known as the Arena and to take a trip to the beautiful Brijuni National Park and Cape Kamenjak. The natural beauty of the surrounding countryside, and the beautiful Adriatic sea, make Pula an internationally popular summer vacation destination and is for sure worth a visit.

Note:
My friends and I stayed in the house for the whole week and we were overall content. The house is spacious enough for a group of 10 and is located very near the city center of Pula. Our experience with the host was great and we also didn't have any problems with the neighbours there. Would recomend.
Our group stayed here for a week, the owner was really polite and nice. The bedrooms are awesome and very comfortable. The best thing was the pool, because after a day at the sea being able to take a bath in the pool is the best thing ever. Go and try this beatiful villa in Pola!
