Lovely villa with private pool near Pula

Located on the south of the Istrian peninsula, Villa Roma offers comfortable accommodation for 6 persons. The villa consists of 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each air-conditioned and with an en-suite bathroom so that all guests have maximum comfort during their stay.
All bedrooms are set on the upper floor, while the ground floor is where all can gather together in the spacious living room with fireplace and SAT TV or prepare meals in the kitchen that is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There is also a charcoal barbecue and a cosy covered dining area if you prefer dining outdoors. The inviting pool is set just a few steps away from the living room and offers refreshments at every moment of the day. The nearest shop and coffee place are just a short walk away, in the centre of the village. If you want to spend a day on the beach, there are numerous options in the surrounding, as the southern part of Istria has a very diverse coastline. The villa is air-conditioned, pet friendly and has 2 private parking spaces and a completely enclosed garden- a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

Villa Roma is located in a small village Jadreski just approx. 7 km away from Pula. Pula is the biggest town on the Istrian peninsula as well as one of the most important touristy hot spots with numerous things to see and explore. Pula was built by Romans in 46. B.C. Although it is like an Antic-open air museum, the biggest monument you should not miss visiting is the famous amphitheatre in the city centre, built in the 1. century. The amphitheatre is still home to many events from concerts, movie screenings to sports gatherings. In the old city centre, you can find the Forum with the Temple of August. Here you can also visit the Historical Museum of Istria and the Archeological Museum of Istria. In the surrounding area, you can explore beautiful little Istrian towns, natural beaches or go hiking, cycling and diving. While here, try out some delicious Istrian specialities in one of the famous restaurants.

Note:
Wir wurden von den Gastgebern herzlich empfangen. Die Villa ist super. Sauber, modern ausgestattet, es gab nichts, was wir vermisst hätten. Auch den Poolbereich, an dem die überdachte bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten angrenzen haben wir sehr genossen. :-)
Das Ferienhaus war klasse. Wir haben mit 4 Personen und 2 Hunden eine Woche dort verbracht. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war super und man ist von Außen wenig einsehbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns auch Tipps zu Stränden und Restaurants gegeben. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.
