Lovely Villa Rudi is located in the little charming town Fazana, only 500 m from the sea. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons which makes it ideal for a vacation with family and friends.

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms at your disposal. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From here you have direct access to the covered outdoor dining area and pool where you can enjoy a delicious dinner with the entire family. For more fun, there are darts and table football. The terrace on the upper floor is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee in peace or to have a glas od Istrian Malvasia while watching the sun set over this charming little town. Enjoy your time kicking back by the private pool of this gorgeous family villa.

Beautiful villa Rudi is located in Valbandon, one of the two places that make the municipality and town of Fazana. Fazana is located on the southwest coast of the Istrian peninsula, only 8 km from Pula. The town is known for its excellent gastronomic offer: extra virgin olive oil, vine, prosciutto and sardines. Here you can also find about 60 cycling trails, of which some lead along the beautiful Adriatic coast with view of the Brijuni islands. There is also a 4km long walking trail along the coast, ideal for romantic walks with your loved one. Fazana is also a place where you can enjoy various water sports: you can rent a jet-ski, speedboat, paddle boat, canoe and bikes. You can also try windsurfing and diving. There is even half submarine with which you can explore the rich underwater world. Nearby you will find the adventure park Jangalooz. You can take the entire family to a trip to the aqua park in Pula or to the Dinopark in Fontana. The nearby National park Brijuni is also a great idea for a trip with the entire family.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten waren sauber, könnten allerdings einen Check up durchaus vertragen. Die Folie im Pool löst sich, die Küche, speziell die Laden sind nur mit äußerster Vorsicht zu öffnen. Aber, zumindest alles sauber. Enttäuscht haben uns die Fahrräder. Eines hatte nur ein Pedal und zwei platte Reifen. Der Vermieter stellte uns eine Handpumpe zur Verfügung. Leider half das nur kurzfristig. Zumindest bis zum Strand konnten wir fahren. Ein Highlight ist das Restaurant Vala, wirklich nur 200m entfernt und sehr empfehlenswert. Für Einkäufe, auch für den Weg zum Bäcker am Morgen, braucht man wenigstens ein Fahrrad. Die Angaben zur Entfernung sind eher Luftlinie als der tatsächliche Weg 😉 Fazit, wir haben uns mehr erwartet,

Wir haben zu fünft + Hund eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. Alles, was man braucht, befindet sich in der Nähe und ist fußläufig erreichbar. Dazu stehen 4 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit einem tollen Pool. Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!!! Villa Rudi ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und hat somit unseren Vorstellungen genau entsprochen. Einzig die beschriebene Aussentoilette und die Poolhandtücher waren nicht vorhanden. Was uns aber nichts ausmachte, evt. sollte man die Beschreibung entsprechend anpassen. Die Eigentümer sprechen englisch und sind sehr freundlich. Ein Problem mit einem Bett wurde noch am selben Tag behoben. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß ca 10 - 10 Minuten entfernt. Leider gibt es hier nur Dixie Toiletten, um in der Nähe richtige Toiletten zu liegen, müsste man nochmal 10 Minuten ca weiter gehen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt wie beschrieben ist nach 2-3 Minuten erreicht.
