The beautiful, modern Villa Shimunelka is located in the small coastal village of Peroj, only a few minutes drive from Pula. This two-storey villa is situated on a 4000m2 plot surrounded by pine trees.

The open ground floor consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining area, a bathroom and a beautifully decorated bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find two more comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning. Next to the house, there is a covered wellness area with a Jacuzzi and a bathroom. From the wellness area, you have direct access to the large lawn. At Villa Shimunelka, bicycles are available for you to explore and discover the surroundings. The special thing about this villa is the human table football! Spend an entertaining time with your friends and family while playing this extraordinary game. Even though the villa doesn´t have a pool, we are sure that you will enjoy the nearby beaches. Villa Shimunelka is located in the small fishing village of Peroj, near Pula. The villa is not far from the beautiful pebble beaches where you can spend hot summer days. Visit the city of Pula and its magnificent buildings from Roman times, such as the amphitheatre or the Triumphal Arch of the Sergians. At Villa Shimunelka, bicycles are at disposal for exploring and discovering the surroundings. Spend a day in the beautiful Brijuni National Park, take a pleasant walk on the island and visit the zoo. You should also not miss the small romantic towns on the coast such as Rovinj and Porec or the historical towns in the heart of the Istrian peninsula.

Coole Villa mit riesigem Garten, sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, alles sauber und tiptop. Zum Meer sind es ein paar MInuten zu Fuß, also kein Problem. Sehr ruhige Lage, kein Autolärm oder dergleichen.... Der Garten ist super für Hunde, fast überall sehr hoch umzäunt, leider nicht überall und wenn man einen Ausbrecher hat, dann dürfte das nur hüfthohe gemauerte Stück ( ca 10 m lang) am Ende des wirklich riesigen Gartens eventuell ein Problem sein. Der Garten ist wunderschön, der Whirlpool sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich willkommen und wir können guten Gewissens alle verfügbaren Punkte vergeben.

Pünktliche und nette Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin. Sehr gepflegtes riesiges Grundstück. Toll! Für Hundebesitzer: Umzäumung überall gegeben an wenigen Stellen aber (noch) nicht ausbruchssicher. Wir und unsere Hunde haben sich in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus an sich war modern und sauber. Die Küche ausreichend eingerichtet...bei Vollbelegung könnte vielleicht noch ein paar Tassen und etwas mehr Besteck sein...aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Der Whirlpool war top gepflegt, sehr groß und funktionierte einwandfrei. Gute Betreuung seitens der Gastgeber. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen war glasklar und es gab auch sehr schöne Badestellen für Kleinkinder (flach, kleinkieselig, teils sandig, keine Felsen). Toll!! Mit dem Rad kann man Kilometer weit ,,Strandwandern",da der Rad/Fußweg sich direkt am Strand entlang zieht. Sehr schön! Es gibt einige Bars mit Snacks entlang der Strandpromenade. Preise ok/normal. Zum Schön-Essen sind wir meist mit dem Rad oder Auto nach Fazana (10 min Auto-20 min Rad) oder Rovinj (25 Min Auto) gefahren. Wunderschöne Städte! Hundestrand: so einen schönen hab ich noch nicht gesehen. Es lagen auch oft Gäste ohne Hunde dort. Gepflegt, Wasser und Strand sehr gut. Parkplätze Peroj Strand kostenlos. Wir empfehlen die Villa weiter und würden selbst gern wiederkommen! Danke an Vera und Dragan für die schöne Zeit!
