From the terrace, you can directly access the wide ground floor that consists of the living and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, formed together into an elegant open concept space. One of the four bedrooms is also nested on the ground floor, while the remaining three are divided on the upper floor of the villa. The location of this villa is really convenient - just a few kilometers from the nearest beach and close to every part of the city of Pula and all amenities that Pula offers. At the same time, the villa is in a fairly quiet area. Pula is the largest port and the tourist center of the Istrian peninsula. Rich in culture, tradition and beautiful nature, Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sport facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, and organized excursions. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries old city Arena, where gladiator fights and hunting spectacles were held during the Roman time. Today it represents the sixth largest amphitheater in the world. Pula offers great opportunities for vacation. Except the city alone, you should definitely visit the surrounding - the lush green countryside of southern Istria, the beauty of surrounding beaches, the nature park Kamenjak or the National Park Brioni.

. Wir waren für eine Woche zu drei Pärchen in der Villa Unique . Und hatten eine super Woche . Die Villa ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet,was man für den täglichen Gebrauch halt so braucht.Was auch super ,bei der Hitze für uns war ….. zwei große Kühlschränke und zwei Tiefkühltruhen .Viel Spaß hatten wir auch beim Tennis und Tischtennis Spiel. Toller großer Pool und zur Entspannung der Jacuzzi .In nur drei geh Minuten ist ein kleiner Supermarkt,wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. In ca. fünf fahr Minuten sind Supermärkte , Lidl &Co. Sehr nette Vermieterin die gegenüber wohnt .

Wirklich top! Alles so schön wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn Fragen auftauchen. Ein idealer Ort für entspannten Urlaub!

Super Urlaub Wir haben mit unserer Jungmannschaft eine Woche in der Villa Unique verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, gute Anbindung, Einkaufszentren für den täglichen Gebrauch befinden sich ganz in der Nähe und man ist auch sehr schnell am Strand. Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig und man kann alle gebotenen Aktivitäten in vollen Zügen geniessen. Der Pool hat eine tolle Grösse und ist auch äusserst angenehm temperiert. Da unsere zwei Jungs mit dem Flugzeug retour in die Schweiz gereist sind, hat sie der Besitzer an den Flughafen gefahren. Wir (5 Personen) haben in der Villa Unique die 1. Juni Woche 2019 verbracht. Es gibt wirkich kaum etwas was man nicht machen kann. Tennisplatz, Tischtennis, Fahrräder die zur Verfügung stehen und vieles mehr wie beispielsweise der Whirlpool den wir in den etwas frischeren Nächten genießen konnten. Die Gastgeberin Jasminka und ihr Mann waren wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht. Da wir die 2. Juni Woche eine andere Villa gebucht hatten galt es am Samstag für uns in der Zeit von 10 bis 16 Uhr eine Beschäftigung zu finden bis wir in der nächsten Villa einchecken konnten. Jasminka hat uns angeboten gratis in ihrer 2. Unterkunft nebenan welche noch nicht ganz fertig war zu verweilen bis wir in der anderen Willa einchecken konnten. Durch und durch ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit extrem netten Gastgebern. Wir können diese Villa daher nur weiterempfehlen!! Danke nochmal an die Gastgeber!!

buongiorno, abbiamo soggiornato a giugno con la nostra grande famiglia ( genitori, nonni e cugini) in questa splendida villa. possiamo solo dire che in casa è tutto perfetto, anche troppo! essendo una famiglia molto sportiva e visto che il tempo non era proprio bello abbiamo potuto fare dei bellissimi tornei di tennis, di bocce, di carte, per non parlare della bellissima piscina con l idromassaggio che abbiamo usufruito dopo le fatiche... delle buonissime grigliate preparate dal nonno al barbecue con le partite del mondiale in sottofondo. FANTASTICO! e per finire : la gentilezza dei proprietari è indescrivibile. elencarle tutte sarebbe troppo lungo, ci hanno hanno dato il massimo, diciamo solo: un grandissimo GRAZIE per averci ospitato a casa vostra casa. torneremo sicuramente ancora . ANDATECI!
