Modern family villa with pool near the sea

Villa Valin is a modern one-storey holiday villa, perfectly suitable for up to 9 persons. It is located only 2 km from the sea and is close to Pula, as well.
It is immersed in the beautiful countryside of the village of Mali Vareski. The villa has four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. In 3 of 4 bedrooms, you will find 2 single beds that can be put together to form a double bed, all according to your own preferences. In the fourth room is a regular comfortable double bed. There is also a modern and colourful living room and a dining room. The outdoor area is a calming oasis with the private pool acting as the centre of the area. There is also a 40m2 big covered terrace that offers protection from the summer sun and acts also as an al-fresco dining area, the place to be on warm summer nights and enjoy your favourite drink or dish. In the villa, you have free wifi and parking. .

The location of the villa is rural and yet the beaches and resorts along this stretch of coastline are just a few kilometres away. The wild landscape with its numerous coastal and forest paths is ideal for cycling, long relaxation walks and horse riding, while the regional specialities can be tasted in the many charming restaurants and agritourism in the area. For those with an adventurous spirit, there is an excellently equipped diving centre in the nearby Krnica Bay, while the well-known summer resort of Duga Uvala features a modern hotel complex with a great wellness centre, as well as diverse sports facilities, bars and nightclub. The bustling resort of Medulin and the beautiful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are also within a very easy distance for those looking a little more in the way of entertainment, eating and shopping options.

Note:
Eine phantastische Villa und eine tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie. Es war alles perfekt, 4 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche und noch ein extra WC. Der Pool ist toll, im Oktober unbedingt die Wärmepumpe mit dazu buchen, wir hatten zwischen 28 und 29 Grad. Die Lage ist prima, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zu einer tollen Badestelle. Nach Pula sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Es gibt einen schönen Einkaufsladen im nächsten Dorf, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ansonsten sind viele große Läden, Lidl, Kaufland etc. in Pula gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
We had a wonderful stay at Vila Valin. The house is beautiful and the pool area perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. The house amenities were excellent - everything we could need was available! Marta and Daniel were so helpful with all the local things we wanted to do. They responded quickly to anything we needed. We could not have asked for a better stay! It was perfect! When we can return to Croatia we will definitely stay in Vila Valin again.
