Beautiful modern Villa Antica is situated near the sea, on the outskirts of the ancient city of Rovinj. One of her most stunning features is a large swimming pool in the yard.
It can accommodate up to seven persons. It consists of two houses, the main house and a studio apartment. The main house has an open space living room and dining room, and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and two bedrooms are equipped with single beds. It also provides a spacious bathroom with a bathtub in which you can easily relax. Outside you can relax with a cold drink on the terrace or on the deck chairs by the pool, or take a swim in a large 72m2 pool. You can also fire up the BBQ for a great meal. The studio apartment offers a little more privacy than the main house. It has a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two persons and a bathroom with a shower. Villa Antica is located in a suburb of the ancient town of Rovinj, one of the most beautiful and romantic towns in Croatia. It is only a few minutes walk from the Polari beach and a few minutes drive from the town centre. In the centre, you can explore the old network of stone streets leading to the top of the hill where the beautiful old church of St. Euphemia is located. From the top of the church tower, you can enjoy the view that stretches over the whole city and leaves no one indifferent. From the centre, you can walk towards the park forest Zlatni Rt, one of the most beautiful landscapes in Western Istria. Don't miss the trip to the Lim Channel, one of the most attractive natural resources in western Istria, which is located only 15 kilometres outside of Rovinj.

Note:
Ein tolles Haus mit viel Privatsphäre. Sauber, gepflegt, mit großem Pool und Grundstück. Lage top, nahe zum Meer, zu gastronomischen Einrichtungen und in die Altstadt von Rovinj Besonders hervorzuheben ist für uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unserer Gastgeberin. Alles in allem haben wir uns mit unserem Hund rundherum wohl gefühlt.
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und einem schönen großen Garten mit Pool. Die Lage zum Meer ist auch sehr gut gelegen.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend,wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
